Slowest Employees Ever! Took 22 minutes for 2 McChickens. Might not seem like a lot but considering this is a “Fast food restaurant ”. And no, they were NOT short handed/understaffed! I counted 7 different employees. Absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention I kept getting skipped over by the manager who was handing out the orders. Never again will I eat here, nor do I recommend ANYONE TO!!

This is my favorite spot on my route, and normally, is my first spot, I stop at leaving the florence area. I love my steak bagels here, and I love that kentucky is one of the states that make them. Arlene, if I spelled or pernounced it, write is great leader and always so nice, and her staff are very friendly. For McDonald’s, they seem more competent.

They are always soooo busy! It seems like a heavily traveled area. I hope they can find some more employees. They do the best they can with what they have though! It’s a McDonald’s inside a gas station, so it’s not very big, and the parking lot is a madhouse. Trying to get into the mobile order pickup parking spots is a nightmare when it’s crowded. I wouldn’t recommend picking up that way at a peak time.

Every single table was dirty and over half of the fountain drinks were out of order and were also out of stock on several items on the menu. The younger staff members were just standing around and cutting up. One gentleman came out in the den and wiped down a couple of tables so we and an elder couple could dine in and he mopped a little but failed to put up a wet floor sign. We waited awhile for our food and everything was cold. We didn’t complain; we just ate what we could and left cuz we were just passing through and kinda in a hurry.

Service is always horrible and slow! Employees are rude or just flat out ignore you. Especially the young girl that always wears sweats and works the early morning shift. There is never anyone at the counter to take your order so you have to use the self service machines or you stand there for 30 minutes before anyone comes to help you. They are currently closed due to a roach infestation. Not surprised a bit.

Me and my two year old twin girls were on a several hour travel. I had a check suppose to deposit that night and it had not yet , the girls were screaming they were hungry. We had stopped at the gas station because our tank was on E! and I had put my last $17 in and save three dollars and some change just enough to get the girls a cheeseburger. The girls were screaming and crying after we went in the gas station and they couldn’t get food or snacks. All the restaurants are closed on our travels. Finally the next exit from the gas station I found a McDonald’s that was open 24 hours so I went to place my order online so I could use some free food along with a little bit of change I had. Unfortunately I said it couldn’t place my order and talk to the employees why I pull up and realize the drive-through is closed so I pulled as close as I could and I normally always take the girls inside but I didn’t want them to get their hopes up and not get food and I asked her you know the app isn’t work and I have two hungry toddlers can we get some food or are they closed? She said they could only accept cash. no cash at all the little bit of change I have is on a car. I was ready to cry I was so defeated and I had two screaming babies in the car who are hungry. The lady stopped me and she said you know what I got you. I will take care of your food. She asked what they wanted. I said you know just fine and she said oh no when they like some happy meals she got them each a cheeseburger happy meal with apple juices and she even had a kind of hard to ask if I want I kindly rejected, but I cried after leaving there of tears of joy. My two toddlers were so happy to get a happy meal and a soft little stuffed animal toy with it that every little bite of food in the smiles on their face the rest of the home priceless. This lady had no idea how hard and long of a day I had or how much I was struggling financially or mentally she literally saved me and my children I don’t remember the last time anyone has did something so sweet or kind for me. The gas station before watched my girls cry their eyes out as I counted every bit of change I had praying I had enough gas to make it home. All these babies wanted was food. I felt like such a failure as a mother and was at my lowest. I didn’t catch her name but jt was about 12:30 am long blonde hair . Love I hope you see this review and I want you to know you saved me and my babies lived tonight and made me actually cry from such a blessing at the most needed time. You are an Angel and my god bless and return the amazing karma and faith. you deserve such a huge raise for your amazing customer service.

Unrealistically slow. I waited 15 minutes for 2 simple breakfast sandwiches. Not to mention, no apology and they didn’t even say “you’re welcome” after I said thanks. They couldn’t care less.
