Stopped by this location and had a solid experience overall. There was plenty of parking available, which is always a plus. The drive-thru moved pretty fast, and when I went inside, it looked fairly clean. I paid cash at the register and didn’t have to wait long at all for someone to take my order. It also wasn’t too crowded inside, which made it a smooth visit.
The main attraction for us is definitely the play place—my kids love it. I did notice some yellow tape/blocking off a few seats that looked a little damaged, which could use some attention. I didn’t check the bathrooms this time.
All in all, a good visit and a consistent spot for the family. 4 stars

Had a drive through order. The order taker and cashier both seemed like they had places they would rather be. The person who gave us our order was a little better. The biggest issue is that we ordered a happy meal. There were exactly 5 French fries. I know it is a small fry, but seriously?!?!?

came here to pick up a mobile order at 10:35, and we just received our food at 11:02. There was no long line, and we waited at the window for a while until we decided it was best to try going around again in hopes of speaking to someone!! When we tried to tell the man that we were the same customers who were previously waiting on their order, we were met with snarky comments & him laughing at us as if we should’ve kept waiting at the window that no one was responding through!!! This worker was very rude and even laughed at us while stating that we must not know how mcdonald’s works…

Its normally hit or miss but lately its felt as if they aren’t even trying anymore. Food is always lukewarm when you get it, items frequently missing and order requests often ignored. I get its fast food but I just expect at least a little care or effort.

Brought my boys over to this location for lunch! Burgers were old and dry like they had been in the warmer for hours! The fries were way over salted to where they couldn’t be eaten! Highly disappointed!!

Every time I come to this location I get cold food. The cheese doesn’t even attempt to melt the food is so cold. I also ordered a caramel macchiato coffee today and received a regular black coffee with caramel drizzled on top.

This location always takes longer than it should, today I waited inside for over 15 minutes for a large fry and drink. My drink came out with the pop an inch or more below the brim of the cup, fries were lukewarm, and staff was overheard arguing in the back. Only reason I still come here is due to proximity to my place of work

Not one to leave a negative review but today’s visit was the absolute worst. I ordered in the app I parked in the spot sat there for 25 minutes before going in. When I walked in there was a elderly man at the counter being ignored. I stood there for 5 minutes all the workers looked at us at the counter and kept talking. Tried talking to the manager on duty and he ignored me. Then I was informed that they just skipped over my order, but had the fries sitting out and half of my sandwichs when I got home I was missing 4 of my 11 items I ordered. Will not be returning her

Management and staff are dismissive and see no issue with larger children shoving, climbing up the slide, and THROWING HARD TOYS up the slide at younger children in their play place. They do not enforce their own posted rules of requiring parent supervision and no toys within the play place. “It’s annoying but we can’t do anything.” If you’re going to offer a place for children to play you should enforce those rules to keep the children safe. My TWO and THREE year old should not be scared to play due to the screaming, shoving, and THROWING of larger children with no disregard to others and their safety. It is a public space. Learn to behave in public.

Went in, ordered, and they took a ridiculous 40 minutes to get my food out. I left, was driving home, picked up my cup, set it down, and the lid flew off and the drink went everywhere. Absolutely pathetic. I’m never coming back. There were 20–30 people standing around in the back, and I literally watched someone drop fries on the floor and still put them back in the box. This place is a joke.
