McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

So…apparently when this place is out of an item, instead of contacting the customer, they choose to just not send the item that was ordered. No communication… Upon requesting a re-delivery because of their mistake…again…no communication. They just send out the order without the item they do not have. What kind of place does this??? Why would the manager not take any responsibility to try to take care of the customer? I understand if you are out of something. It was 1 shake. If I had been notified that I could not receive this item, I could have just canceled tthe order. Nope. You chose to waste my time…not once….but twice. This process took an hour and fifteen minutes of sending me 2 separate orders….both without the shake. This means you actively just said “screw it”…we will just not say anything and be ok with ripping of our customers. My time and money were wasted because you chose not to tell me I couldn’t get a shake….until I received the rest of the order. Surprise! I guess this store only gives you what they choose…and not honor a customer’s order. Shame on you.

I have been here, drive through, several times. This was my first visit dining in. It was very disgusting. I should have turned around and walked out. The floor was gross, and the tables were in need of cleaning. They very rudely called our table order out. I will NEVER patronize this McDonald’s again. The food was not good either. If it looked that gross where customers could see, what does it look like in the kitchen?

Tried to order through drive thru at 9:50pm. Hours posted say drive thru open until 3am. Pulled up and was informed they are Door Dash only. How is that even a thing!?! Your customer came to you and now you are saying you won’t make their food unless they go home and order through a third party? And companies wonder why they are struggling.

Just went into the drive through and was very quickly and very rudely told that they were only taking door dash orders. I showed up within normal business hours. I refuse to believe that you’re only serving door dash drivers. They refused to elaborate and just quickly repeated what they said in an even ruder tone.

McDonald’s runs in trends, dependent upon capable help. April you couldn’t get warm fries out of this place and the wait was 20 minutes plus. July and the fries are hot and served in less than 10 minutes.

1st and last time using the McDonald’s app at this place. Went to pick up my order and the door was locked. So I had to go in the drive thru and was told it was Door Dash only…Whaaa? I ended telling them I ordered and got my order, but I couldn’t even place another order, I had to place another order though the app for another McDonald’s…SMH ‍♂️

4/28/23 I only came to this location because my phone synced to it while placing my mobile order, otherwise I would have went to another location. I went to the drive through stated my code, and pulled up to the payment window. Once at the payment window there was one employee sitting on her phone. I waited for her to come over and she didn’t so I pointed forward to see if I was supposed to pulled ahead. Only then she came over asked if I wanted my receipt (because my payment is already on the mobile app) was talking to another employee about someone else’s method of payment and completely ignored me. Next, I pull up and the boy handing out the order does so extremely slow. One beverage at a time, minutes in between, I thank him after each one and he also ignores me. He hands me my food, I thank him and tell him to have a great day, he still ignores me. I pull away and notice I don’t have my big Mac sauce (which they charge you for) and my kid’s meal. I’m then forced to park and go inside because now the drive thru is ridiculously long. I go inside, wait at the counter, ignored by many employees until a girl comes up and finally helps me, this girl was the only kind employee I encountered. I informed her of missing both my sauces, and kids meal. She calls out for these items, I step to the side. Guy behind me was also shorted items from the drive thru. She then finally brings me my items, I look in the kids meal, I was given apples instead of an extra fry. I inform the same girl as before, she calls out for needing another “baby fry”. She then comes around the corner and asks for the apple slices back, I said, “This is not proper food safety, but I do not want this item, you can take them back.” She even said, “I don’t know why he wants them back either.” They give me my order and I ask to talk to the manager, because it has now been over 20 minutes of placing my order, and it has been messed up many times. I tell the manager how I have not returned to this location in over 5 years because of the consistency of inaccurate orders, and I also informed him how taking the apple slices is not proper food safety, they are either supposed to be given to the customer or thrown away, and also informed him of being ignored through my whole drive thru experence, his only excuse, which this is an excuse, is “We are short staffed.” I said, “For 5 years?” He then rolled his eyes and walked away. No apology, no making it right, just an eye roll and also now being ignored by a manager. This is not how to run a business. Between being shorted fries, being ignored, and not making things right, I’m surprised this location is still in business. I think the only thing I liked from my experience was my coffee, and a machine made that.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s, but seriously? Not only did they literally just throw the burger in the box, its not even fully cooked. I tried to call them of course…. no answer.

Overall, the experience was typical for McDonald’s, they were quick, but food quality suffered. Not being able to use their gift cards for mobile orders makes NO SENSE.

Food was ok. Asked the Manager for hot f.f. and ot was like I asked him for a millon dollars. He rolled his eyes and went too get the hot one’s. Will never come here again. If it is that hard for them too get hot food out
