McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Newly remodeled. Has the new McDonald’s layout with kiosk and no active cashiers. Fine with me as I like the discounted food on the app. Actually the discounted prices are the only way to eat McDonald’s as the regular prices are overinflated since Covid. Food was standard, hot, fresh. Service just ok and timely. There is no soda bar and no ketchup nor napkins available. Boo

I work at a house and cannot leave so when I needed something to keep me going. I ordered UberEats. I ordered a Large Mccafe and a breakfast sandwich. I wanted the coffee the most and the coffee never came. The sandwich came, but no Cafe. The recite on the front of the bag had my order correct. But no cafe. I paid for it and delivery charge, but didn’t get my Cafe. Imagine the anger I felt boiling in my belly.

Grandma wanted McDonald’s. I haven’t had Mikey D’s in decades. I didn’t go inside this location, but it is one of the newer renovated locations. Doesn’t mean it was clean or the staff was nice, but momma and grandma had NO complaints, so I’d assume their visit was pleasant and the restaurant was clean. If it wasn’t, this location would have been car conversation.

I ordered 17 breakfast meals & received zero hashbrowns & 1 missing meal, I returned to the store to to speak with the manager but never did they continued to say “the manager was in the back”. I waited at least 20 minutes to get that response. I will never eat there again & will tell my friends not to eat there. A very horrible experience, I was not asking for anything free, I brought my receipts to show the error, but it was not honored. I was absolutely cheated by this place.

I went through the drive-through place my order. Paid for my order was not told the amount was given my receipt. Picked up my food the food was correct. Checked my statement this morning and I was overcharged by $10. Tried calling the number on my receipt and the number on the website which are both the same, no answer for 2 hours, I kept getting a recording that said memory of school use your access code. I thought I would go online and ask for help. That was a 40 minute process. Two hours later and I still can’t reach anybody.

Went inside and placed a mobile order for 3 drinks. Took well over 5 minutes which was unexpected. But when I got my drinks I asked for 3 packets of sugar. She brings them back, I say thank you and she says nothing, ignores me and turns away. I just don’t see how hard it is to say a simple “thank you ” or “you’re welcome. “

This has to be the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. After I ordered on the kiosk I was the only one in line and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my money. The person didn’t say anything but how much money was due. 10 minutes later when I got my food, the buger was dripping with grease and the burger patty wasn’t cooked. The fries weren’t even enabled. Blazing hot and I may have chipped a tooth. Say far far away from this location. They will never get my business again.

I spend 20 min in the drive thru waiting to order a shake and 6 cars were pass me and nobody took our order I went inside the store to let somebody know and the team acted like nobody care. Worst customer service I have ever have none of the people work during that shift deserve to be in customer service

TRIED to order two unsweetened iced teas in the drive thru. I noticed they ordered sweetened and I said, unsweetened. No response. I said it a couple more times, and still no response. I had already been waiting a while in what was a short line (2 cars ahead of me). I gave up and just left.
