Need to work on counter service, I was gonna use their app to get a discount but waited to long in line and coupon expired, this ain’t the first time it happened here either, so if your in a rush DO NOT COME HERE ITS NOT A FAST FOOD ITS WHEN EVER THEY WANT TO DO SUMTHING. They were very nice to us. These people work hard so be nice back. This neighborhood is a little militarized, I think this McDonald’s suffers some zombie attacks. But the workers still come out everyday to make you a McMuffin. Let’s raise the minimum wage.

Was door dashing so I pulled into the pretty long line in the drive thru. When I got to the board I was told to come into the lobby instead so I tried but they had the doors locked. Somewhat understandable because they probably don’t want the homeless people outside to come inside and harass customers however despite being told to come inside and having the doors locked multiple employees looked directly at me and one other person waiting outside to be let in and not a single one of the 5-7 employees inside came to open the door for us. I waited about 10+ minutes to be let in by a customer in the lobby just to wait for someone to come to the counter and then to be told that a very small order of fries, a mcflurry, and a cheeseburger isn’t done because they fulfilled almost everyone else’s bigger orders first despite the entire point of ordering online is that it should be done by time you get there. So then I sit there and wait even longer pushing 20-30 minutes for a relatively small order.

We sat at the order window waiting for service in the drive through. While the 2nd drive through right next to us for McDonald’s was placing order after order, when by the 3rd car that ordered next to us continued to the window to receive their order and we hadn’t even been helped yet. With cars building up behind us I told my daughter just drive to the window. We’ll have to place our order their. While I felt bad that all the other patrens had to wait, because of us. But we had to wait because of McDonalds drive through staff.

I was really surprised & impressed by how fast & friendly the drive thru service was. I visit this McDonald’s a lot and nothing ever really stands out but tonight service was exceptionally good the girl who took my order got straight to the point, I wasn’t waiting forever for her to get on the mic and you could actually hear her voice loud and clear. I had some dollars out prepare to pay for extra BBQ sauce but to my amazement she gave me 5 sauces for what I would consider free but if you really think about it, it’s a condiment that should come free with your meal and it did! $outh$ide McDonald’s has stepped it up. I’m a happy camper .
