This McDonald’s deserves a high rating, the taste is the best I have had in the United States. Some of the staff are disabled, so the speed and quality of service may be affected, but they are all working hard. Please be understanding and supportive of the friends who come to the store. We ordered McDonald’s chicken nuggets, burgers, apple pies and fries.
The chicken nuggets are still crispy and delicious even when they are cold, they are very well done, we ate 20 pieces and still not enough, and added 10 more. The burgers are also the familiar taste, very delicious. The fries are fried just right, very tasty.

They did a good job. I got there at 10:20am and ordered lunch at 10:30 order came right up, everything was correct and I was on my way.

EXTREMELY RUDE!! Woman acted like she couldn’t understand me, when I was speaking clearly. She just didn’t want to talk to me. Then on top of that they forgot half our order. I go back inside to get the rest of my food and they said “we’re out of kids chocolate milk” so you just let me drive off without it and wasn’t going to tell me??

We are beyond disappointment with the service at this location. We placed an order online and our son provided the check-in code, only to be told they didn’t even have our order.
When he asked for help to resolve the issue, the young Black female behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful. Instead of actually assisting us or checking the system, she gave him an attitude and told us, “That’s your problem!”
It is completely unacceptable to be met with that level of hostility when the restaurant’s system is at fault. Management needs to address this immediately; being dismissive and rude is not a substitute for customer service. We won’t be coming back. Also, we contacted the corporate office with our complaint.

I’m sick and tired of ordering an iced tea with no lemon because they say that they’re out but I think it’s because they don’t want to cut the lemon. So I took a survey and after I completed the whole survey it said sorry there’s another member of your family that already did a survey and we have to limit the amount of surveys that are done and there is no other members of my family and I have never ever done a McDonald’s survey before.
Please just cut your lemons because it’s the only thing I ever order at McDonald’s is an unsweet iced tea with a lemon. Do something with your app and your survey issue because it obviously doesn’t know a thing.

Food is always consistent…. great when you are on the road and easy to eat on the go. Also, love the app and all the points and perks. Always great service and rarely have issues with my orders.

the customer service is poor. bad at answering questions, expects you to know everything. and then they dont slice burgers in half. the reciept was untouchable. yes, it came back sticky and icky. they closed the door angrily at the drive through just because ketchup was asked for. did not want to serve.

Holy cow. If safety or your time means anything to you, avoid this McDonalds at all costs. When I stepped in the door my shoes instantly felt like had ice strapped to them while standing on a greasy ice skating rink. 1 foot went up, the other foot went sideways. I grabbed a pillar next to me and managed not to crack my skull open. My girlfriend who had already ordered 10 minutes ago and was waiting for her order asked me to tell the staff. Now my shoes were greasy from the floor and walking across the hard shiny concrete was a difficult undertaking, but i forged ahead anyway. I waited about 6 or 7 minutes at the register but couldn’t speak to any staff because they were arguing with customers or each other. Eventually i gave up and went back to my seat. When her order was finally ready, the person brought us the order and i explained how bad that area was . She said she would fix it. We left 25 minutes later they never fixed anything. My girlfriend did say it was the best tasting sausage she ever had from McDonald’s.

98% chance your order is wrong and you will be treated as an inconvenience for choosing to drive thru to order food. This is simply getting ridiculous. Fast food is a full customer service job and some workers total make paying customers feel like us as customer are a bother. Horrible to pay for food to receive crappy service and food order wrong

They will mess up your food one out of every three items. Not orders items. Nearly every order I have ever gotten from them has been wrong. They also flatten their quarter pounders. It’s a shame this is the closest fast food restaurant to my domicile and I just can’t bring myself to eat here anymore. It used to be pretty excellent several years ago
