This place is a shame. Staying here in Nappanee for a few days and every order has been wrong. Ppl at drive thru give you the total without including the tax, so you can’t get your cash ready. My last straw was kiosk ordering 2 apple pies. Not one of the 3 crew who walked past me went to look for my order. Finally after 10 min I asked one of the gals and she went to look. Never came back to me but went about other tasks. Another 5 minutes and I asked another crew gal and then told they didn’t have any ready. I asked for a refund, so she handed it back to the original gal with long green nails to process. She told me it would be another 10 minutes for an apple pie because they sold the last ones “just before” I walked in. Doubtful. She was sullen and unfriendly the whole time. Not even a “sorry about your wait” or a thank you. I smiled and told her to put a smile on her face and have a great day. Ladies bathroom sink was very dirty and much needed to be wiped down.

I’ve quit getting lunch here. Older staff is not friendly, have not gone here once without having to go back up to the counter to have my meal fixed. Last time I asked for extra ketchup Andrew the burger was covered, soaked all the way through the bun with it and they didn’t even wrap my sandwich. It was a sloppy mess. The replacement burger they gave me the entire tip bun was mushy and wet.

I feel bad for this store. Potential customers in the Nappanee area plummeted with the manufacturing industry slow-down. I bet it is hard to keep enough staff on the clock when you barely have enough customers to pay employees. On top of that they have to compete with 4 other fast food joints all within 100 yards of each other. I also noticed this store pays 15%-20% less than most other stores owned by the same family? I see a few good employees working very hard here. Don’t lose them!!

Don’t order on the app before breakfast ends then try to get an order fulfilled. Ordered 10 mins before breakfast ended went to McDonald’s and asked for my order and was told “we are on lunch so I can’t do that”. I already paid for my order and ordered ahead of time. I was told I had to cancel my order even though you can’t cancel a mobile order on the customer side. Very rude and was told they don’t know how to do it.

Asked for sauce for nuggets, 3 each of bbq, hot mustard, honey, we got 2 bbq, you pay for extra so I guess McDonald’s needs the money, not give me what I payed for. Got a western quarter pounder, said no bacon, got no fried onions either. This place has slowly gotten worse and worse, are the staff doing this on purpose because of low pay? Has the intelligence quotient dropped so much that putting sauce in a bag requires a college degree?

5 people working, but no one bothered to man the front counter. High school girls just having a big old party. 4 people waiting and they didn’t care at all. I only went because I had my 2 young grandsons and that’s what they asked for. I personally won’t visit any McDonald’s anymore as this is how it always is
