SLOW!!!! You wait FOREVER to get the wrong order. The mcrib is back! So we had to stop. After waiting FOREVER we got our food and headed home. Ummm the mcribs are trash. Usually they are dripping in sauce. These had very very little dribbles. I can not believe how can you mess up a sandwich when all you do is slather it in bbq onions and pickles and wrap it up?

I’m a super picky person. Especially about food. I tend to steer clear of McDonald in general. Today I stopped in and was amazed. Service was fast and friendly, especially for being 12:30 lunch rush. Food was hot and perfect. I should have gotten a picture, because my burger looked like a commercial. Pretty shocked honestly. Good job.

I’m coming back to update this, today changed my mind, when I waited forever in the lobby. Just to get cold burgers, and this sloppy mess. Pretty disappointed.

0 for service and drive through bad with attitude. The worker handed me my all food at once. The happy meals had no fries in them. The cheeseburger happy meal one had 3 barbecue sauces in the box. Then as she is giving me everything at once I drop the bag with the fries trying to tell her this isn’t all our food. We still needed the nuggets and the chicken. Then I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came and was very rude. I told her about the employee mistakes and the manager argued with me and said she didn’t hand my food to me like that. Yeah she did plus forgot half of it. I said can my 2 medium fries that is on the floor be replaced. The manager said no. You need to repay for them so come back through the line. I’m disabled and low money. What a crappie place. Change your policy or get rid of your bad help including managers with attitude. I went to Burger King where you rule to get my fries. They took my money and wanted to repurchase fries. That’s shady for a company to that. I’m disabled and low income. Corporate should involved. They are very rude and park every one to think it’s faster as well. Half the time the time food is cold. They need to get it together. I go in there all the time and to get treated like this isn’t right.

Burger patties were old and stale, burgers cold. Buns on my Filet of fish was hard, had to tear most of it off. Fries, not even close to fresh, plus, missing chicken nuggets. And all that was after waiting 10 mins for it.

Wow!!!! Had the most embarrassing and disrespected moment at a fast food place ever!!! Went thru the drive thru and I stop at first window and the older lady takes my card. Has it for about 3 seconds and already hands it back. In my head I’m like wow that was fast but drive forward. I get halfway to the second window and this lady sticks her head out and yells for me to come back. I’m thinking oh no my card declined. I go to back up and there was a man behind me in a truck and trailer and he can’t back up. He says just go forward and so I go to second window and a young man goes to hand me my bag. But I say hey I don’t think my card went thru she yelled out to have me come back. Then he says okay grabs my card and goes back there. She yells out the window to me while she’s got a customer in her window and says in an angry tone that I need to stop and pay at the first window. I yelled back “I did and you gave my card back!?” I was so confused and embarrassed. Because I did give her my card. I then told the two girls at the second window what happened and then the man comes back with my card. SUPER NICE AND RESPECTFULLY!!! And hands my food to me. I told him what happened and he said I’m so sorry that was so uncalled for and I will go talk to my manager right now. So I hope something was done. Each time I go here it seems like majority of the first window workers are absolutely miserable and mean. Will not be returning after this!!!

Horrible service. People act like they hate their job and have a horrible tone. And when I was paying the lady said to another worker “when I walk back to do dishes another car will come, happens every time” in a shitty tone. And the window was open. Like damn girl get a new job. It’s literally 2 hrs before closing.

I told three employees about two issues and neither one of them got fixed. One of them had a badge that said, “manager.” So, the hand sanitizer on the second entrance door was out of sanitizer. When I told the manager she said, “I didn’t even know there was one out there.” I was like, that’s probably the reason it’s out, lol. Then at the self check out the machine refused to print me a receipt because it was out of paper. I sat around and ate for about 40-60 minutes. These two issues were not addressed.

When I got my food I had ordered a that was nice McGriddle. What I got was an English muffin. It was very tasty and the man that corrected my order was on top of his game. Tayton deserves recognition! The other, older female manager, disappointed but, BUT I think she has room for improvement. It’s not the end of the world ma’am but we need to discuss what your responsibilities are and when we should go above and beyond those responsibilities to make flow easier, faster, safer, productive and profitable. If you see a problem, fix it. If it’s not rational to do so immediately, volunteer another employee to do so. Small inconsistencies in the chain add up quickly.

Refused to give me food or drinks I paid for I showed receipt multiple times then an employee literally asked to see my online banking because they didn’t believe I paid? The manager got angry and slammed the window in our face. Even after being showed the receipt over 4 times, the receipt they gave me. Never had a good experience here but this is the one that made me done with the store I’d rather drive to Bremen or Wakarusa the staff at Nappanee is terrible.

Asked for sauce for nuggets, 3 each of bbq, hot mustard, honey, we got 2 bbq, you pay for extra so I guess McDonald’s needs the money, not give me what I payed for. Got a western quarter pounder, said no bacon, got no fried onions either. This place has slowly gotten worse and worse, are the staff doing this on purpose because of low pay? Has the intelligence quotient dropped so much that putting sauce in a bag requires a college degree?
