I’m coming back to update this, today changed my mind, when I waited forever in the lobby. Just to get cold burgers, and this sloppy mess. Pretty disappointed.
Wow!!!! Had the most embarrassing and disrespected moment at a fast food place ever!!! Went thru the drive thru and I stop at first window and the older lady takes my card. Has it for about 3 seconds and already hands it back. In my head I’m like wow that was fast but drive forward. I get halfway to the second window and this lady sticks her head out and yells for me to come back. I’m thinking oh no my card declined. I go to back up and there was a man behind me in a truck and trailer and he can’t back up. He says just go forward and so I go to second window and a young man goes to hand me my bag. But I say hey I don’t think my card went thru she yelled out to have me come back. Then he says okay grabs my card and goes back there. She yells out the window to me while she’s got a customer in her window and says in an angry tone that I need to stop and pay at the first window. I yelled back “I did and you gave my card back!?” I was so confused and embarrassed. Because I did give her my card. I then told the two girls at the second window what happened and then the man comes back with my card. SUPER NICE AND RESPECTFULLY!!! And hands my food to me. I told him what happened and he said I’m so sorry that was so uncalled for and I will go talk to my manager right now. So I hope something was done. Each time I go here it seems like majority of the first window workers are absolutely miserable and mean. Will not be returning after this!!!
Horrible service. People act like they hate their job and have a horrible tone. And when I was paying the lady said to another worker “when I walk back to do dishes another car will come, happens every time” in a shitty tone. And the window was open. Like damn girl get a new job. It’s literally 2 hrs before closing.
When I got my food I had ordered a that was nice McGriddle. What I got was an English muffin. It was very tasty and the man that corrected my order was on top of his game. Tayton deserves recognition! The other, older female manager, disappointed but, BUT I think she has room for improvement. It’s not the end of the world ma’am but we need to discuss what your responsibilities are and when we should go above and beyond those responsibilities to make flow easier, faster, safer, productive and profitable. If you see a problem, fix it. If it’s not rational to do so immediately, volunteer another employee to do so. Small inconsistencies in the chain add up quickly.
