I stopped at this location to pick up a mobile order for myself and went into the lobby with my two small children and was completely ignored after waiting for some time. I had a small mobile order and had 2 kid meals sitting right there under the light near the front lobby. I came in pleasant and still no one wanted to say anything after standing and waiting patiently. The restaurant was not busy at the time and for the most part we were the only people in the lobby area. My small children and I are African American females in the restaurant that isn’t very busy at all and just switch over to lunch time. I can’t think of any other reason why not one employee from behind the counter would not say anything. We felt invisible here. There were at least 10 or more on staff that I could see from the lobby. Finally one nice employee who just walked in from outside acknowledged me and help with simply passing my food that was paid for already sitting in front of us. I thanked him numerous times for acknowledging me and helping a paying customer. My children and I overall were very disappointed with our experience here besides with the nice young gentlemen. All paying customers deserves descent customer service and respect.

This is by far one of the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever visited. I used to be a GM, so I hold them to a higher standard, but this place falls really short of yhe golden arches standards. Stopped in with the family for a quick dinner. Lobby was beautiful, recently updated, but boy, was it filthy. Watched over 10 employees walk by tables of garbage from other customers. It sat there from the time we came in until the time we left. They had at least 20 employees on the clock and only a few customers during our visit. The staff were all teenagers and were goofing off more than working. When we received our drinks, I politely waited while staff members got their own drinks. They began goofing off, so I gave space only to be run into by these employees. The worst part of all of this was once we received our food and began to eat, I realized our burgers were damn near raw inside. As well as the others were caked in ketchup…. They fixed it, but there no apology or any way to make it right. Never will we be visiting this establishment again. Do better.

I go to McDonalds all over the north side of the state. I order the same meal. Not 1 of those can get my very simple order correct. Today, the Crown Point McDonalds was a cut above the rest. I was in the drive thru for about a minute and a half. The employee taking the orders at the screen listened to what I said and repeated the order back perfectly. Both windows had employees that greeted me with a smile. The food was fresh and correct. This lunch crew was a cut above the rest. Hats off to the entire crew today. Gave me hope that not all McDonalds will fail you as the customer.

Manager closed 20 minutes early with a mobile order that was already payed for. Didn’t give me anything other than they were closed. I had to fish for an explanation that I would be re-funded “at the end of the night” absolutely disrespectful.

Such fast service in the morning. Went to get a refreshing iced coffee to start off my day, and interacted with Jalena. Very nice, and cooperative. Seamless service, and don’t have any complaints about this location! I recommend!

I have two problems with this location. They do not get on the microphone to take your order quickly at all. This is consistent by the way. It’s not as if they had a rough day and things were overwhelming, I’m rational and I could totally understand that. A few issues here and there is no big deal. But it’s consistent. That is the issue.

Now mind you I almost always only order a Diet Coke. I ordered a diet and a regular for myself, and my mother and a girl handed me both of the drinks and didn’t indicate with one of the push buttons on top which one was diet. Then when I asked her to fix it, she stood there and looked at me like a deer in headlights as if she had no idea what to do next.

Even if I specifically tell them do not put onions on my meat, they put them on. Then on something like a cheeseburger where it’s supposed to have onions, they don’t put them. Does anybody know how to make a cheeseburger correctly anymore? Here’s the recipe guys, ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle. Then of course, the meat in the bun, but if you couldn’t put that together, geez I don’t even know what to say.

The issue here is that people just don’t care about working anymore. I saw someone mention in the comments that the place was very dirty inside and a lot of the employees were walking past the dirt. By dirt, I mean, leftover bags and stuff from other customers. In my mind, that’s like the easiest job in the world. I take a bunch of old paper and throw it into a garbage can and then wipe the table down with a cloth. Again, guys, if we can’t even do that, how can I trust you’re gonna make my food right? I mean, if you don’t care about making the front of the store look acceptable how bad is it in the back?

I hope you fix it. I would actually eat food from McDonald’s again and order more than a Diet Coke if they actually got their crap together

Definitely This was some of the worst tasting McDonalds food I’ve ever had. Definitely top 5 type bad. Ice machine was out of ice the coke tasted like something from a cemetery. The ketchup was Nasty. About the only positive thing the bathroom had toilet paper and soap.

Super nice staff! I go here all the time to order for my family member. I ordered a shake and when I got to the window they told me the machine was broken/down for the moment and gave me a large smoothie instead. Every time I come the staff is awesome and very polite! Please treat them nicely!
