Wanted extra crispy fries. That’s what I asked for. The drive home was only 4 minutes and I picked up the food as soon as it came out. Why was it soggy already. Disappointed. You can tell it was t even cooked long enough for it to be even slightly crispy.

New employees and the food is TERRIBLE. This use to be the best American Deli in the neighborhood. Not anymore.. fries were soggy.. fried rice had bones in it and absolutely no flavor.. shrimp was flavorless as well. Wings are soggy and not cooked enough. I took my entire family, spent $100 and literally EVERYTHING was distasteful. I can’t believe this place took a turn for the worse. The cooks need to be trained properly or they need to bring the old cooks back. Won’t be returning again
