Upon arrival, the restaurant was clean as a whistle. Was greeted with warmth and cheerfulness. Ordered okra and onion rings. They were cooked to order and I was so pleased they were fried to perfection and tasted so delicious, I can hardly wait to get home and enjoy them both. Small sweet was cool and satisfying also. I’ll SHALL return. The only thing was missing was the Health Dept SCORE if the restaurants wasn’t posted for customers to see. I was told it was in the mgr office. Well that’s not where it’s suppose to be, always posted for ALL to see if it’s safe to eat there, you know it’s eat at your own risk. But A- for me. Great location. Plenty parking.

So disappointed in the 10 piece wings and shrimp fried rice combo. Both the wings and shrimp were EXTREMELY small. The wings were so small, I question if they were chicken wings at all. The shrimp looked like salad shrimp and there were maybe seven pieces in the entire meal. I can’t believe they charged $18.99 for the combo! The flavors weren’t bad, the quality was poor. They should be ashamed to serve and charge people for those baby chicken wings and tiny salad shrimp. This was my first and last visit to this American Deli location.

I called in an order of fish and house fried rice. When I ate it it had small pieces of glass in it. So I go back up there to tell them that there is glass in my food. I tell the pregnant lady up front and she grabs a man from the back. I told him there is glass in my food and he tells me “we don’t use glass” I asked him to repeat himself because I am in disbelief that he said that to me. He never apologized, didn’t offer me a refund, didn’t offer to even replace my food. He only he only gave me a refund because I got loud and demanded one. The service at this place was the worst and the food could kill you. In the picture you can see 2 pieces of glass

Wanted extra crispy fries. That’s what I asked for. The drive home was only 4 minutes and I picked up the food as soon as it came out. Why was it soggy already. Disappointed. You can tell it was t even cooked long enough for it to be even slightly crispy.

Don’t deliver from here if you can help it. Nasty customer service. They say “a few more minutes” and then when 10 minutes go by and I inquire about it I’m given an attitude and then have them walk away from me as I’m trying to talk.
