Rushville IN McDonald’s sucks! I’ve never had a McDonald’s screw my order up so many times, and they mess up on the most simple instructions.

The service here is always bad, I love McDonald’s and try to come here because it’s close and convenient. But this store is always dirty and staff are rarely kind or anything even slightly close to the standard customer service you would expect.

I did a mobile order and went to pick it up. Once I was there, I didn’t wait more than a few minutes for my order. I got a caramel frappe and a sandwich. The frappe was so good. My sandwich wasn’t hot though. It was warm, but the cheese was cold and not even slightly melted. I went down there on my lunch, so I didn’t have time to mess with getting it remade. Aside from that, I don’t have any complaints.

This morning went to pickup some breakfast for my husband in drive-thru and dropped it off at his work. He calls me asking if I had ate some of his sandwich. I told him no. Then he sent me pictures and it was half eaten by someone at McDonald’s. I called McDonald’s and I was told that I was a lier because no one there would do that and it was just the way the bread was. I told her there was no way it was just the bread. I refuse to ever go back.

Went to just get a quick bite of something and as I was waiting at window to get my food I noticed a couple kids carrying a puppy in the restaurant and the employee who was working the window went over to pet it . Then proceeded to bag my order without washing her hands! I confronted her about it and she looked at someone who might resemble a mgr. ( grey shirt ,glasses and tattoos all over his arms) proceeded to tell me it was a service dog!!! To make a long story short the girl working the window (still without washing her hands) proceeded to put my order together and hand it to me. Once I call her out again for not washing her hands she proceeded to tell me not to come back once I said that was the nastiest thing I had ever witnessed in a restaurant!
