We always receive excellent customer service but tonight was definitely the best. On top of the place always being clean, the staff are wonderful and so nice! Long story short on this particular night we had placed multiple orders because we kept forgetting to add things. Brandy was the one who helped us and she was amazing. We waited longer than normal so we checked in to see how much longer we would be. She was very quick to fix our concern and very generous. We always know staff is going to be friendly and helpful when we come to this location. This is the best experience I’ve had in fast food in a long time. Highly recommend!!

I would’ve gave this location 5 stars because they were friendly and honestly fast during a rush. But I did have missing items in my order and had to go inside after going through the drive through. However, they quickly took care of the issue, got my my missing items, and everything was fresh. Suprised that the fries were salted like how I remember them being as a kid (which is hard to find at a McDonalds anymore). This honestly was the best visit to a McDonald’s ive been to in many years.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Lazy employees. Placed an order online for breakfast. Got there at 10:33. Wouldn’t refund. Wouldn’t make the food. Have to dispute the charge through my bank. The app literally said they were already preparing it. So I couldn’t cancel the order on my side.

A terrible time. my friend asked for extra bacon because they order extra bacon and there was the same amount as a usual. and when we received it back the bacon was raw. The staff team has no idea what they are doing they are in there slacking off and doing nothing I had to wait like 2 minutes just to ask for some forks. not to even mention one employee walked right pass me while I was waiting to ask for help.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. A couple weeks ago I waited 1hr+ for my drive thru order. It was shortly after the opening so I continue giving them chances. Today I have been waiting for my curbside order for quite some time. Waiting for your food while seeing MANY people going through the drive thru getting their food before you is very frustrating and quite disappointing. Isn’t the whole point of ordering ahead to have your food ready when you arrive? This McDonald’s just continues to go down hill.

Usually I have good experience here but this specific time was absolutely ridiculous. We waited at the drive thru lane for 30 MINUTES and he took 3 other people before us. Which is absolutely ridiculous. We should’ve gotten a discount or something. The employee working the drive thru was just extremely negligent of the fact that there was a whole nother car waiting. I am not happy with the service I got tonight at all.

Newly remodeled but not for the better, imo. The parking is horrid, seeming to indicate a desire for everyone to do drive-through. The staff are pleasant enough but by pushing kiosk ordering, the interaction is limited. The fries today tasted “off” but hopefully that is an isolated incident. Still offering a decent burger but I am evidently no longer in McDonald’s targeted client base. NEXT OPTION!!!

This store you have to order on a kiosk and was tricky to figure out being able to pay with cash but finally did figure it out. The dining area isn’t very big so I understood why the drive thru was so backed up. My food was hot and good though.

Got a Sausage Egg Bisquit. The Bisquit was so Hard I took the Sausage and Egg off and threw away the bisquit. Quit going to this place 5 or six years ago. Thought I would give it another try. Hasn’t changed a bit. Will never stop at this place again.

The food was rotten. I saw the top bun of the burger was with mold. I threw that to the trash. Please don’t make it rotten anymore. My burger was a Big Mac with extra cheese and large fries.
