It’s like it’s a crime to want fresh food. I’m not talking about fresh out piping out from grease but fresh enough to eat. I had two meals I went through drive thru. They even pulled me up so I thought for sure it would be fresh. The fries were old. So I went in and just asked for fresh fries. Brought the full bag of food in sat it on the counter. A worker said “are there fries in the bag, im gonna need those” his tone was as if I wanted them and new fries so that already blew me. Well, he took those and I’m waiting thinking I’m gonna get fresh fries and a manager comes over and says what are you waiting for some girl who knows them or clearly must work there idk said he’s getting fries for her or something of the sort and mind you she’s in street clothes walking behind the counter in the walkway of the counter flicking her hair just disgusting. I was literally getting pissed but kept my cool and another worker also said she’s waiting on fresh fries to the SAME manager who then ask me what size I said medium and small he walked off said small and literally brought me a small fry I said medium and small he had a standoffish look and went to grab the medium fry. Just for those to fries to be old as well. I am normally the type to just say whatever and throw the food away but at this point I felt like they played in my face and so I just took the food and drinks back in and asked for a refund. Now the same manager looks at me and doesn’t even come over someone else did then that manager processed the refund and the whole time is saying sorry just keep the food but at that point I didn’t even want it and now will never go there again. Because I literally was just asking for quality food for what I paid for.

First they went back and forth about who was going to take my order at the counter. I ordered a plain mcdouble cheese only and a small fry. Took a long time. Then, she asked me, do you have a plane mcdouble in French fry? I said yes. So I get my order go outside. There’s ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY. The sticker on my burger clearly told her that was not mine.

WORST MCDONALD’S EVER!! We ordered drive through, got to the first window the cashier didn’t say a word and I handed my card to her. Second window staff wanted to give us the wrong order and the guy looked confused. I told him what we ordered then the cashier who took my card told him what we ordered and she asked us to go to the first lane. 5 cars passed us then a non English speaking Marina asked us rudely for our receipt, came back again without our food and said we paid $10 and to give her $20! I said WHAT? I paid more than $30 and she said no you paid $10. I said then that’s the cashiers fault, she said the cashier asked if our order was $10 and I said yes which is a bold face lie! She never said one word to me! She was basically telling me it’s my fault. I told her I want my money back, she went back then came back to us asking for our card by now its been 30 minutes still no lunch for myself and colleagues. When she returned, there was no apology! She was so rude and cold! The next day I looked at my receipt and not only did she not return my $10 she charged me $9 more for a total of $19!!! Never have I encountered such incompetency! I felt she did this on purpose!
DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS!

I went in to the Lobby late at night and Brody took my order. It was really sweet kind and patient and overall gave the best service I’ve received at McDonald’s before. The manager lady there though was very loud and obnoxious. I didn’t really enjoy waiting in the lobby hearing her scream in that voice that she does.

But overall my experience was good. They did forget two snack wraps but when I called back they were able to rectify the situation and help me out. Not every place is perfect but it’s the service that matters to me and Brody was the GOAT!

Horrible!!! I ordered a #2 with breakfast sauce made to order. They asked me to pull up so I did no issue because I know I ordered a special sandwich. Pull up sit bout 5-6 min and receive my food. The highway is by this location so I’m getting on the highway and open my sandwich and it’s definitely not fresh but also missing the egg. I can’t go back because now I’m on the highway. I won’t go back to this location. I never had this issue before. Even if the sandwich was fresh and they forgot the egg ok mistake happen. But to be cold and missing something is a no go!!!

Lady at the first lane drive-thru was super rude while whoever was taking orders in the second lane was nice. Needless to say I waited and never got my order taken. Yeah, that kind of attitude doesn’t need to be working with the public. Definitely making more money than drserved.

I went through the drive thru and this teenage girl with make up on and fake eyelashes was extremely rude….. on Jan 6, 2026 around 9pm She was on her phone and when we pulled up to the window she shut the window on us. Once she finished on her phone she opened the window and said something we couldn’t understand and then closed the window. We thought she said to pull up but since we are at the last window we didn’t know where. So I told my husband to stay there and to ask again. Not only did she NOT open the window, she made an annoyed face and did a weird motion with her finger. So I stared at her confused and I just told my husband to pull up to that reserved parking spot. I work in fast food as well, might not be as busy as mcdonald’s (which by the way was not at all busy in the drive thru when we went) but i’ve had my shares of rude customers and overall days where I didn’t want to work, but I never myself have done that to a customer……(take this from someone who has worked for years) I understand that Mcdonald’s may need employees but I don’t understand how they managed to employ someone like her….Please teach some of your employees manners. (Wanna add on that the lady we talked through the mic was extremely kind and helpful so it seems that the teenage employee was the only problem) Food was okay.

The food is always good here. It always seems to be clean as well.

But what makes this review a one star is that the service is absolutely down right terrible! One time I went in to get my normal 10 piece nugget and drink. I waited and waited at the register with little to no people in the restaurant and maybe one or two cars in the drive through. Finally when someone took my order. It was $1.50ish. I gave them some change and a half dollar coin. Apparently the person thought the half dollar was a dollar coin so they gave me change back and then processed it. So I didn’t fully pay my order off. They said it’s fine and I paid .86 cents for meal.

Another time I went in, there was one car in the drive through, two people groups already sat down with their food, and one mobile order waiting in the lobby. I waited at the register for 5+ minutes for someone to get there. When someone took my order, I couldn’t understand anything they were saying. I gave them $1.50 for my meal and the total was $1.20 so I expected .30 cents back. He didn’t give me any change back. So I told him and he gave me .50 cents back instead. I didn’t bother after that because he clearly couldn’t speak english.

If you go here, expect waiting a long time for your order to be taken, non english speakers, and incorrect change. I think I could get better service over the phone with an insurance company I thought this was a “fast food” restaurant. This establishment is terrible and needs to hire better people. Apparently the training side isn’t too well either since the workers are as bad as they are. Literally go to any other mcdonald’s or restaurant because you will save yourself a lot of time.

This location is horrible with messing up orders! Everytime I come to this location I have some type of issue with my order ! The last 2 times I have ordered and paid for extra breakfast sauce there was nothing even on the bagel! Guess I just need to drive to a different location for my orders to be made the way they are ordered !!

Im so over this location. I’ve given several chances knowing everyone has a bad day. The service continues to get worse. It doesn’t matter what shift, what day of the week. There’s an issue EVERY TIME. I started using the Mobile app hoping it would mitigate issues. No. Every order i get has something wrong or missing items. Today I had a sandwich and 2 holiday pies. Give 2 breakfast burritos and 2 apple pie. I handed it back saying it was not my order. I was asked what mine was. I told her. Disappears. Asks me ” its just the wrong pies? No. Its the entire order. I hand the receipt over. Thinking she can read it better than us trying to communicate over the noise. She sends another lady to the window ” what’s the problem” I advise again. She then calls out the wrong sandwich. I caught it and said “bagel not mcmuffin” “ah you to go spot 1 please.” Waiting waiting waiting. Finally received the order. Its not just that the order is never accurate. Its also the full break down and extra delay once you say what’s wrong. Fixing incorrect orders is priority in customer service. Its sure not due to lack of staff. Theres always an absurd amount of people behind the line. Maybe that’s the problem. Too many hands with not enough organization. The one redeeming thing is the food is typically good quality. Hey if you don’t care what’s in the bag it might not be a bad experience for you. Haha. I truly hope someone above this store is paying attention to the ongoing issues. Im clearly not the only person seeing it.
