It’s just not that well taken care of anymore. Staffing issues make a quick trip for a coke and extended trip these days. Last visit a couple of days ago, I was there for 2 cokes and sat in the drive thru for 22 min! I’ve found that with this location it’s just easier to go inside most of the time.

Visited around 6:10pm on Sunday evening. The drive thru was quite busy. The lady taking orders and processing payments was very, very busy but my order and payment were accurate. Food was good (filled out fish and hamburgers.)

43 minutes, 43 minutes I waited for my food. In the dining room less than 10 feet from the register. The order number came up on the screen, then about ten minutes later it went away. The order number or my name was never called. Finally as I walked to the register to ask for a refund I see my order, behind the counter, cold and watered down by that time. I asked if I could just have my order. My assumption was right, it was cold and watered down. What a total waste of time

They are rude there when you go inside they often ignore you at the front counter and focus on drive thru. I’ve had several encounters with rude staff and managers. It honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I used to buy coffees here, but they would often get them wrong and then get angry at me for asking for them to correct it! I was shocked! I wouldn’t recommend Greensburg McDonald’s to anyone!

Drive thru was a bit slow for the amount of customers in line and in store. But it happens and wasn’t a big deal but food seemed as if it sat for a bit and was starting to cool. Again… it happens in any fast food

Tonight does it for me… I mean truly I am at a loss for words. I ordered a double cheeseburger, xtra onion, no pickle. I check my order while at the window and both sandwiches were incorrect. Therefore, I kindly informed the cashier and she had no problem fixing the mistake. I pull off and park confident in my re-made order. However, Upon opening my sandwiches I was great with NO LESS that a half a cup of onions on both of my burger smashed in the paper. I truly have no words for an individual who is capable of tampering with someone’s food in such a sarcastic an malicious manner. I would like to speak to corporate or someone in regards to this situation. I have photos and even that does no justice to what I was served.

Man this place is a joke. The manager clearly saw me use my app for a deal. It wouldn’t go through but took my points off and she said oh well, not my problem! I said you clearly saw it bc I showed you the code and she walked away! This place is awful. I said hey, I want corporate number and she said, as she was walking away, GET IT OFF THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW SIGN! Had my kids not been hungry, I’d have driven off.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We already had our order messed up and a different McDonald’s. Ordered a normal crispy chicken sandwich and they gave us a spicy, which my girlfriend can’t eat due to a sensitive stomach. No biggie, called them but they were closed, promised us another one the next day. But she still didn’t have any food so we go to the next McDonald’s. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, in the cup. Guy added the value, to which my gf said “it normally says cup of pickles” so I asked the guy if they were the same and he said yeah. I figured it was whatever and there would be a little cup in the bag. We get our food, and they didn’t have any extra pickles in the bag, just the 2 normal ones, but charged us 15c for it. I politely asked the guy for the extra pickles, and showed him the receipt. He comes out about 2 minutes later with the cup, and I politely say “thank you” and he goes “yup, your extra pickles were in the bag but there you go.” So much disrespect. Even if it’s 15c, I paid for it and not the attitude. Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.
