Stopped by for a late lunch. Had shrimp scampi with a generous salad and two bread sticks and a sam Adam’s. The waitress held up her role and stopped by 4 or 5 times. The food was tasty and hit the spot.

We came to get the braised beef tortellini from Northampton after many failed attempts.were both so very disappointed first the price was $22.99 then took so long to get it and was not much good the taste was awful very salty,mushi pasta sauce was nasty, beef tasted awful we ate few bites each and attempted to tell waitress Genevieve and she was not helpful at all.this waitress was not attending to her job she sat with ppl behind us for long time talking.very slow to get us refills never offered to do anything about the awful food.if I thought it would not take hour we would have asked for replacement meals. We will return but will get mushrooms Alfredo and angle hair pasta that’s good.

Good food, very affordable which is surprising in today’s economy. We were seated fast and had our meals within 20 minutes of being seated. Giant bowl of salad that served 4 to 6 people. I had spaghetti and meatballs (rigatoni) and came with free breadsticks. Under $20. That’s better than cooking at home and you don’t have to wash the dishes. Our waiter was fast,attentive, and professional. The place is kept clean overall a win win. This was the riverdale rd west spfld location. Well done Olive Garden.

We have all been to Olive Garden but this one tops them all.
The hostesses were friendly and quickly showed us to our table. The atmosphere was nice and they had great seating choices for us. It was nice being able to hear each other talk.
First off I have to say our waiter was amazing! He was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that we had everything we needed and if we needed refills. Some of the best service I have ever had!
The waiter brought out our drinks and bread sticks right away.
I ordered zuppa tuscana it came hot and fresh. It stayed warm the entire time I was eating it. That’s really enjoyable when you eat soup. For dinner I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara it came out nice and hot. This pasta was so enjoyable because it came out fresh. It was delicious!
My nephew ordered a salad with ranch. In my personal opinion I like the Italian dressing better but I’m glad that my nephew really enjoyed the salad. My nephew also had the tour of Italy, he really enjoyed the lasagna. He said it was fantastic!
My daughter ordered the chicken fettuccine with grapes. My daughter said the sauce was so creamy and delicious. The grapes were sweet.

I love this olive garden. I get take out once and a while, and dine in once a year or so. It’s always delicious.
Tonight’s experience was made even more spectacular by our waitress. I didn’t catch her name (braces, brown hair), but she was new, enthusiastic, and attentive. There was one error on the bill, but she fixed it right away. Even seasoned wait staff isn’t as good as she was! I hope this environment is good to her and tip her generously. Yes, the quality of the food matters. But it’s the interactions human to human that make a person come back.

It’s been a while since we sat in. We had a nice dinner. Dianne was our server and she was great. Very nice very attentive. She even packed up our leftover food to take home which she didn’t have to, but was kind enough to do. My favorite is the seafood Alfredo. We also had the Brownie lasagna and it was really good!
