This location really has bright back my faith in fast food service. Their customer service in MY experience has been nothing but excellent. My food is always correct and fresh. Today. I don’t know who she was but she told me the machine was down and offered to make this self made up recipe for my shamrock She gave me mocha frappe with shamrock in it. Extra whipped cream and heavy chocolate syrup. Total win for the day. Thank you so much!!

Went through the drive thru and when we got to the window the worker had to ask us multiple times what we had ordered. After the 3rd time of asking she came back with a bag of food. We checked and were missing our fries, nuggets, and were given two sandwiches that were not ours. We then had to repeat our order for the 4th time. After all of that we finally got the correct order.

Waited literally 25-30 minutes at the restaurant waiting for my curbside pickup. Called at 15 minutes and they told me they were putting it together just then after I watched the entire drive thru get their food. A friend I was with placed his order five minutes before me and waited even longer, but man, that drive thru was quick. What’s the point of curbside if I have to wait even longer than if I would’ve just went through the drive thru? My order was $5, I didn’t get enough for them to take a whole 25 minutes and my whipped cream was MELTED when I finally got it
