INSANELY SLOW. How can you call this fast food. It took 55 minutes to get ONE QUARTER POUNDER. They didn’t even give me my quarter pounder. I got a disgusting single cheeseburger. There were 5 people in the store and they were completely ignored for over an hour as employees focused on the drive through. Management needs improvement. The workers instructed multiple people in the drive-through to pull forward… just to let them sit there for about 40 minutes while they were talking and arguing in the back. They had cars reversing out of the drive-through. This place needs to be shut down.

Ordered a caramel sundae and got a clump of hair halfway into it. Friendly staff that you talk to but nothing from the back usually comes out fresh or very good.

I went to this location around 12:30 today. I’m not sure who it was, but a man who I assume was higher up, was practically screaming at the other employees. I get it can get stressful but screaming at employees is super unprofessional. The employees stayed calm and still were super kind when they handed me my food. The man then proceeded to have to go outside to give someone an order and said he was going to punch holes in the establishment and kind of smacked his fist on the door while yelling that no job should be this overstimulating. I will still be returning here, but I want to make sure the employees are ok.

THE WOOOORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. I seriously don’t know why I keep giving them chances, it’s Elida Rd only from here on out. You will waste your life away sitting in the drive thru for minutes and minutes and minutes on end. And god forbid something is wrong with your order, because going inside takes another half hour of your life away. From the back kitchen, they all watch you and make faces like you’re stupid for wanting to be helped at the counter. They will straight up ignore you until you honestly just wanna leave, take the L and never return. Horrible, god-awful service. I’ll gladly take the extra couple minutes driving down the road to the Elida Rd location.

Don’t go there for breakfast it’ll take 45 minutes to get your order cold. Not to mention the egg mcmufifns will be full of egg shells and crunchy. Oh ya cant call either because the phones dont work. Went inside and first thing I hear is an employee saying they are stressed out because they are busy. Oh my gosh you actually gotta work at your job what a shock. Definitely won’t be back

Im only giving you one star cause the unsweetened ice tea was good. Your nuggets were hard, the fries cold and not even done all the way and the double cheeseburger was cold and the meat was dry. I worked at McDonald’s as my first job….we never sent out food like this. AND YOU WANT MORE MONEY….not even worth it!!!!

Every time I come here they ask me to pull to “reserved” spot. Listen if you are really that worried about your drive thru times get people their food faster. Three cars in front of me and two behind, this is not Sonic.

The health inspector needs to come check the store out. Very dirty. Rude to customers ignores you. Spent 25 mins to get my order taken. They seen us and ignore us. Worst McDonald’s never will come here again.

Food is ok if you can get it correctly or on time. Staff talks too much gossip in the back for everyone to hear and final straw was this evening the lobby doors were locked before 8pm on a Thursday randomly while having a mile long drive thru line. Where management on this one? This ain’t necessary the employees but a upper management issue I can’t see how they don’t notice these issues or haven’t heard of them.
