It seems no matter what you sit in the drive through for waaayyy too long. The staff takes forever to get to the person at the menu and order speaker. They also do not greet you when you pull up. I often wait 3-5 minutes for someone to say anything. My experience at other McDonald’s locations in their drive through, they usually greet you almost within seconds and say that someone will be right with you if they can’t get your order right away. Maybe they need to add another person on the drive through headsets to just greet their customers. The food is always pretty good, fresh and hot. They often have no ice cream “problems with their ice cream machine”. But there is another place to get ice cream within walking distance.

**Update: Wow. I have never been more impressed with a customer service representative than I am today. Loretta, the Customer Service Rep, called me and was apologetic and immediately explained that this was something they hadn’t dealt with before so they had a managers meeting and discussed the topic. She also stated she would replace my meal for free for the inconvenience. I obviously appreciate the apology and the meal, but to hear that an issue you brought forward was discussed and rectified is huge. Thank you for springing into action!

Took more than 30 minutes to get 2 items. While every one behind us got their food. I make this review as i am still waiting 30 minutes after placing my order. My husband finally decided to get a refund and they wanted to say they didn’t have the order number we gave them but on the TV screen where it tells you what order number is in progress, or order number was still there. Then they wanted to act like it was our fault they didn’t have our order when we had a receipt to go with the order and proof they were supposedly still working on said order they supposedly did not have says the very young teenage looking manager who doesn’t know how to communicate. Stood in line with several people who were waiting just as long and not once did they say anything to anyone about why it was taking forever

This McDonald’s is not bad. The food depending on what time of day you go can be really good as well as the employee’s they are kind of helpful and some of them have manners from a cracker jack box. I moved out here in the country from Cincinnati so it may just be me. It’s usually a younger generation that I experienced the lack of motivation and experience from.

My husband went to grab breakfast this morning, waited in line for 45 minutes. 25 of those minutes was waiting to order. The rest of the time was to pay and get food. The customer service at this place is horrible. They either need more employees or new management. This is insane for FAST FOOD! He also tried to order a Carmel frappe and they said we couldn’t have it because the BUTTON WAS BROKEN! That’s a new one for sure! We went from the machine being broken to the button not working. Such a joke!

I placed an online order it charged my card twice upon picking up my order I informed them that my card had been charged twice for the order. They informed me I had to contact cooperate about that. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t have an order at all for me at all although my card was charged double. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no there wasn’t anything they could do. Basically out of my money and my food. I asked the girl at the window what her name was and she cussed me out using very inappropriate language in front of my kids. I sat and waited for a manager that never came. I then decided to call the location to speak to a manager and got no where. I asked for a cooperate number since I was told that’s who I had to call to get my money back. I was then told it was a franchise so I asked who i needed to contact to get my money back and they wouldn’t give me the information. So now I’m out twice my money and didn’t even get my food. Horrible service.

This place on first glance looks amazing, has great lighting and good aesthetics on first glance but most of the tables and chairs are dirty. The employees are kind and understand problems but the orders we put were wrong, but the kiosks did have some vision and or hearing disability features. All and all this was your typical McDonald’s experience.

Thankfully only Ordered an iced coffee on the app because when i got there after waiting about 5min at the speaker they told me they could only serve chicken nuggets and fries. For breakfast. Then had to wait at the window for 15min before i could get my coffee. I never have any luck at this location i don’t know why i go back

i pulled up to the drive thru at 12:25. i just got to order at 1:06 and this is in the morning. absolutely ridiculous. i work in a restaurant so yes i do understand staffing isn’t the best but cmon. almost an hour to take an order? outstandingly horrible.
