Awesome Awesome Awesome customer service. Very friendly. Great atmosphere. First time eating breakfast here. Did not disappoint. Country ham a bit salty but the biscuits were melt in your mouth good. Will definitely visit again. Rochelle was an amazing waitress. Cudos!!!❤️❤️

For a country style chain, it’s decent country food, fast. There’s so much to look at, in the gift shop and in the restaurant. The game on the table is a nice touch and so is the fire place in the colder months. If you have someone to get a unique gift for, oddly enough I recommend shopping in their gift shop, sooooo many unique finds from retro candies, toys and goods, to funny mugs to gorgeous quilts and lamps. The food is decent, portions are a little small for the sides but they have a ton of classics to chose from. Also, it’s one of the best, more affordable steaks in town (little hidden gem for those protein fanatics) and if you love meatloaf try theirs. It’s a delicious cut, moist and really flavorful you won’t need any extra sauce. If you get the sampler, pick the Sunday style fried chicken and meatloaf because you get two sides and can have the dumplings as a side- it won’t come with chicken but you’ll have plenty on your plate with the Sunday fried. Trust me.

Food was good and definitely steps above other chains, but weird that they do not have oatmeal on the menu. The waitress was a little busy and scattered, but she was very nice. The shopping area was packed with lines of people trying to get tables at 10:00 am on Sunday. Almost impassable. Lots of frustration at first, but good once finally seated. With such a tourist town and lots of people in and out, especially on weekends, a better entry plan is needed.

I went looking for Halloween stuff and they had what I was looking for. Can’t wait to see what they get in over the next few weeks for Halloween. The food is always great when we do eat there.

To-go order was missing a side and an extra gravy that was ordered. Got the 2 most pathetic and pitiful Sunday Homestyle Chicken breasts you could imagine. On top of them being tiny, they were also horrible quality. They would hardly cut or tear. The entire meal was so pathetic and screwed up, ended up not even eating it and ate something else. That’s how bad it was. No one waste your money at this restaurant

Really don’t like leaving negative reviews. We go to Cracker Barrel in multiple locations/cities/states & we’ve never had such a horrible experience. Bacon was over cooked, sausage was under cooked, hashbrowns were burnt, the white gravy looked like mashed potatoes…it was just nasty. The waiter was not the friendliest, didn’t get our refills & we kept needing to ask another waitress for things. The only reason I’m giving it 2 starts is because when we finally decided to seek out the manager, she was very nice & took care of us.

I have always enjoyed Cracker Barrel food. This visit was somewhat disappointing. My food was good as usual, but when ordering they were out of many of my favorite vegetables. My dinner guests when ordering started with one meat–they were out, a second meat–again they were out of it, he had to go to his third choice before they could fill his request. I got what I wanted and the portions were large. The other people in my party not so much. The service was ok.

With today being Mother’s Day, I expected every restaurant to be busy and overloaded. I was prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour. While the location was super busy, our wait was much shorter than that. Rhonda was at the Guest Check-in and worked hard to seat guests quickly. She was super friendly and attentive.
