We were there today for our office Christmas lunch and had a very pleasant experience. From the helpful hostess who answered the phone when I called to add our group to the wait list to all the staff and especially our server Blake, every staff member we interacted with treated us pleasantly and efficiently. Blake was very attentive and our food came out quickly and correctly. Everything we ordered (from appetizers, wine and pasta dishes to steak and sandwiches) was delicious and prepared as expected. I loved the cute little charcuterie served with my wine! I would highly recommend this location for groups both large and small. When we arrived there was a party of 30 guests going on in the restaurant but that did not take away from our experience as it was not overly loud in the restaurant and our food still came out quickly even though they had that large group and a few other medium-sized groups. We will definitely be back soon, thank you for a wonderful experience!

Picked up a door dash order here and the placed was packed on a Wednesday night. The aroma of the food was so inviting. They must be doing something right. Can’t wait to try it for myself. Beautiful atmosphere to say the least. The Music and the Christmas vibe was a touch of home!

I almost always order from here online through the app and for whatever reason when I called in to get my order today. For pick up when I got home, I noticed my salad was a little skimp and had a carrot in it. I don’t know why. This was also the salad portion BEFORE eating. Also got the 7oz sirloin w/ mash potatoes and broccoli and my order tasted like it was rushed. I ordered a side of lemon butter sauce to add flavor to the sides and the steak because everything tasted bland. This was my first meal all day since flying back in from a trip and I was a little disappointed but still ate it because I was starving. Not what I’m accustomed to eating here.

From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Plenty of parking, no hassle—that’s always a good start.

The food? Absolutely delicious! From juicy lamb chops to creamy pasta and that perfect Caesar salad, everything was seasoned and served just right. Fork-droppin’ good!


They’ve got a great wine selection, and it paired beautifully with our meals. But what really made our night? Chris and Megan. Their service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome.


If you’re looking for flavorful Italian food, excellent service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere—Carrabba’s is the spot.

Pretty Classy Lady
This really felt like a fine dining experience! The food was excellent and so was the service. I didn’t get the wine option for the wine dinner but I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything. The food was flavorful and the staff and owner really took their time to make this a fun and memorable experience. This was my first time at Carrabba’s and I will definitely be back!

Our server Brenden was so very helpful with the information for the special $10 take home. We ordered 2 items. Our dinners were GREAT. The salad dressing was the BEST. Not too strong just right. Brenden was very attentive to our needs. Ms. Cinice came by our table and checked if everything was okay. Ms. Cinice also asked us about the $10 Take Home. We had a wonderful time.

Pleasantly surprised (sunday night after valentines day!) Crowded, wait was minimal 20 minutes. BUT, saw seats at the bar. Met Jacob and June, who took great care of my son and I. Exceptional service, amazingly, the bread and Italian butter (olive oil) came early, followed quickly by our salads. And the main dinner arrived about the time we were finishing the salads. Selfishly, we had a tight schedule and I did not get to thank June, who initially took care of us. But want she and Jacob to know, and the the Manager, how impressed I was. Been an infrequent customer, but for 20 or more years. Kudos to all, including the kitchen staff. You have a good group of people. Do all you can to keep them. Sincerely

My Dad lost his debit card after dining at the Carrabba’s Kennesaw restaurant. It scared my sister & I b/c our Dad has early signs of dementia. We were able track down where he went, the front lady recognized my Dad and said they held his card at the bar. They were happy to see his return. It impressed my sister & I so much, we decided to stick around and have dinner. We even got the same server who recognized my Dad. He felt so bad Dad left his card. I think he said they tried to track him outside, but it was too late. So they gave it to the bar for safekeeping. The server remembered what our Dad ordered, including his drink. So, we were quite impressed. Food was great. Service was above & beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back. Again, thank you for taking care of our Dad that evening!

Excellent experience from beginning to end.

I met my daughter here for dinner and I was specifically looking for something that had a gluten-free selection for her but that I would like as well. Carrabba’s is consistently excellent across every restaurant I’ve eaten at and this store is certainly no exception. We had excellent service, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. You really can’t ask for more.

My favorite from almost the first time I ate at this restaurant is the Pollo Rosa Maria. Paired with the fettuccine Alfredo it is hard to beat!

We’ve been under this location many times and usually have good service and experience. Lately the past few times we’ve went we’ve noticed things going downhill significantly enough that I had to do a review. Unfortunately, a negative review. We were first greeted by Aviana who is very nice and professional! This was on a Tuesday night so very low crowd and not busy. Me and my wife are having a nice conversation seated near the bar area booths but we’re interrupted by the five employees huddled around the reception area talking and laughing loudly. Very, very distracting this went on and on. It was a slow night and apparently they had nothing to do but Chit Chat which took away from our experience. Lorenzo AKA Enzo was our server. I think he was an inexperienced server, disappeared a lot, one of our cocktails was wrong, no apology, didn’t ask if we wanted a replacement or did we want to purchase another kind, or did Iwant another beer…. he slowdowned at our table when checking on us but never really stopped so I didn’t have time to actually ask for additional beverages, our water glasses were empty most of the time. We wanted desert but he didn’t have time or ask us we also wanted to get a couple of to go meals for the next day’s lunch but he didn’t ask or even slow down enough to give us an opportunity to explore desert options and view the to go menu. As far as the food quality our salads were overly wet and mushy, the shrimp was clearly undercooked. A very bad experience. For those who read this and think we might be over complainers it’s not the case this was just a VERY unpleasant experience. And typically managers walk around and check in on people especially when they are lower crowds so they can have good interaction with the gas but we never even saw a manager…. with all of the other quality food choices nearby we will probably start going elsewhere. And for management reviewing this our bill was just under 100 but could have nearly DOUBLED if we had another few adult drinks, 2 desserts and 2 to go meals. * Failure on server.
