My 11 years old daughter has loved McDonald’s since she was a little girl. Just last week, we had a great new experience. My daughter left her glasses behind after we had a lunch in this McDonald’s restaurant. When we found the lost, we had already traveled over 200 miles away. We called the restaurant and offered to pay them to ship the glasses. Two days later, we received the glasses in priority mail without cost. We are really grateful for their quick and generous help. I told my daughter that was the reward for her loyalty. Certainly, I know they would do the same regardless if you are a frequent customer or not. We appreciate their awesome customer services very much.

I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years. Trust me when I say that this location is very shotty with the quality of their food. Sometimes, the fries are good, but most of the time they’re terrible and taste old or have literally no salt. Same with their burgers. Earlier you go, the better the burgers will be, but if you go late at night, they’re obviously giving you the buns that have been sitting out all day and they’re stale by the time you order them. Majority of the cooks don’t know what extra crispy nuggets are supposed to feel like. It’s very often that there is one or more problems with the quality of the food and it’s very disappointing.

Tonight 8/8/23 at9:30 pm.I used the mcds app got a 4 for $5,when i got my food they gave me small root beer pop when I ordered a medium,had no ice was lukwarm.i asked the window preson , i a if this is correct size she said yes she had snarky-like attitude. after looking at the sizes & comparing my sister large pop it was indeed a small. the fries was barely warm, chicken nuggets same they seemed backed up and not enough workers other wise I’d walked back in there .I’m not picky person but was too hungry to confront them and I’m not good at confrontation

Ordered through the app not only did they get my order wrong but my order that was delivered no straws no pies that we paid for. Hair found in one burger. Bun burnt on one of the other ones. Called up to let them know get and attitude and told door dash is who I have to call no I didn’t order through door dash. Then the lady sets the phone down and walks away and never returned so I hung up. And tried to call back and phone is off the hook. I’m so absolutely angered by how unprofessional this person was. Me and my client was on our way back to Cleveland and decided to get two ice cream cones and drove through drive thru and I just said 2 ice cream cones please and whoever the man was just through me off and all of a sudden a lady took my order, so when I pulled up to her window, it took her 5 minutes to finally take my money, so as we pulled up to second window the lady just smiled at me as we waited for our cones and 6 minutes gone by so we noticed 2 flags for drive thru picup and we pulled up and waited for our cones and watched the time and 24 minutes went by and I’ve decided to go inside to get our cones, the cashier girl asked for receipt and I went to get it from client who was upset over the situation and when I gave the girl the receipt, she gave us ice cream cones that was like for a small kid and she could at least apologize for the company bad service . I’M VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS MCDONALD’S AND WOULD GO TO EAST 55TH AND SUPERIOR INSTEAD AND AT LEAST THEY’RE FAST AND THEIR ICE CREAM IS JUST LIKE DAIRY QUEEN PERFECT .
