DONT TRY TO ORDER INSIDE!! I walked in the drive thru maybe had 4 cars in it and I had to wait upwards of 5 minutes and was ignored by several employees who didn’t bother to acknowledge my existence. As someone who works in food service, this is customer service 101! After I finally got my food I attempted to sit down in the dining room, which was dirty, and I couldn’t even get a napkin or a straw cause the drink station was completely bare. I then watched multiple customers go through the same thing. I understand being busy, but you don’t just ignore the walk in customers. Several of those people walked out without being served. Do better!

I was pleasantly surprised to see they have a play place for kids–that is different from others I have seen. My order was prepared correctly; however, they had not put a spoon, fork, or straw on the tray, and I did not see anywhere to get some for myself. When I went to the counter to ask for them, SIX different people looked over at me, and NOT ONE of them asked if they could help me. I finally walked closer to them and asked if anyone was working the counter and why so many had looked at me but didn’t offer to help. I was told they were having a shift change and we’re getting into their positions .

I was with my daughter for breakfast today and some lady that worked there was on her phone when I asked for water so I just grabbed a cup for water so my daughter could have free water with the dumb 14 dollar for two breakfast sandwiches then we got kicked out because supposedly I’m a broke white piece of shit? I don’t usually rate places but my experience here kinda stands out unfortunately, I went and ordered on a kiosk it didn’t give me a receipt when I ask at the registers what my number was they said( very nicely) it’ll bee up soon , I then waited for 30 minutes before one sadwitch was done, I asked if it was everything and they answered yes I walked back to the store I work at and check the bag(I know I should have in store I didn’t want to be in there anymore) it’s not everything . I walk back wait another 5 muinets until an employee asks what I’m waiting on, I get the bag, when I check the sandwiches they are wrong, the fries are stale, and the tomatoes on my chicken sandwitch were rancid , overall I understand they were busy but I would not recommend going there
