I went to the Westwood Subway on W Main.
In regards to the associates working –
Krish. In addition to make bread he also made my sandwich just the way I wanted it with extra extra dressing / sauce. Thank you. The other worker was Appi he was logging inventory, he too was polite, apologizing for the boxes.
The store was very clean, so I peeked in the women’s room out of curiosity. Yep, it too was very orderly and in place.

Went in for a footlong some chips and a few cookies, not bad at all! Really appreciated that they are open as late as they are. I’d only recommend salting the walkways, slipped a bit trying to get in. (January 6th 2026)

I ordered my normal sub and got so sick within an hour of eating it that I vomited. Afterwards I felt fine so I know it was the sub and it was the only thing I had eaten the whole day. I have also never had food poisoning or been sensitive to foods before.

The employee was on their phone and continued to be on their phone even after I told them what I wanted for a good minute and a half, slowly putting on gloves. They didnt greet me or even talk to me, just stared at their phone. When they spoke to me they just mumbled and gave the biggest “I dont want to be here” energy. They were really unprofessional and not great at their job either. I would not recommend this subway primarily because of how bad the service is. They make you feel like a inconvenience, not a person.

Husband and I went here for lunch. The guy working the counter was incredibly hard to understand and rude. He wouldn’t take our coupon and said that he doesn’t serve roast beef. The menu clearly shows sandwiches with roast beef. We left without ordering.

I’m not sure what is up with all the people who are leaving the really negative reviews? I went with my mom at 10:15 after a day of disappointment from everywhere else we had stopped, less than an hour before their closing time…and there were not only fresh cookies just off the cooling racks, but amazing friendly help who prepared us the most awesome sandwiches for this kind of fast food joint. They were friendly, didn’t rush us, and were even letting guests sit to eat.
Looking at the other recent reviews…I don’t think the business was having a bad day, but instead possibly reviewers coming in with preconceived notions they allowed to flavor their reviews and expectations. I hadn’t read the reviews before going in, and I thought it was great food with friendly staff.
