Ordered 2 double hamburgers with no mustard and extra pickles and when I got to my job to eat them there was only one patty in each burger. When I called back they told me to come back and get them. I said I was no longer on my lunch break so I could come back tomorrow evening and they said that was fine and they would write my name down in the book. The manager on duty never did. When I went back the next day they said they have no records of that. Never apologized for that or anything. I will never go to this place again.

When we stopped, the computers were down, so nobody was able to order any food, but the staff was absolutely lovely and offered us complementary coffees. They were so kind and just made us feel so welcomed. Absolutely five stars all day. Will definitely be back.

Why is it so hard to follow instructions? Simple orders can’t be done right & takes way too long to get ready. Phone number to location never works. No accountability. Another reason why you shouldn’t eat or spend money with this company/franchise! I would not recommend this location at all!

Slowest McDonald’s ever. I have never straight up gotten my order. Every time they tell me to pull up to the next window or to the reserve spot. Six other people have gotten their orders since I’ve been waiting here. I don’t know what their issue is. They never tell you what they’re waiting on and just leave you in limbo. I like fresh food, but there’s no way it takes this long to prepare it. I keep coming back because it’s convenient and it’s right at the top of my street. And when I finally do get the food, most of the time it’s good.

Waited 10 minutes in line for drive through and ordered 2 plain items. After they gave me the drinks they had me wait in a spot for my special order. They brought them both to me after waiting 10 minutes and the were were not plain. Fries were dry and ice cold. Soda syrupy. A waste of $15. Don’t go there on a Friday night.

I sat for 20 minutes in spot #3 for 3 10 piece chicken nuggets and 4 medium fries and a McDouble and mcchicken due to them waiting for frys they said so I go in after 20 minutes and they took my receipt after saying I never got my food and disappeared so I went to the one on ridge and I’m now out 40$ so I will never go back here again terrible service.
