I cannot remember for the life of me what his name is, but the heavy set black dude that works here? That man NEEDS A RAISE!! He is always in a great, happy mood! Talks and jokes with the kiddos! I always use the curbside pickup, and I am always so pumped to see him coming out that door with my food! Even the kids have started to get excited when they see him coming .

I sent the kids to get after-school food/work sandwiches were fine but in the French fries department totally lacking we had baskets of fries with just very small amount , I got a meal with large fries and only had like a quarter way . Not a good look for you

Just ordered from here, I did a curb side pick up and I missing a whole 10 piece and was shorted to 8 nuggets on the one ten piece I did get. Now they’re not answering their phones. I won’t be back.

Certain items at this location cost a lot more. For example, 2 seasonal pies (ex., holiday pie) at Byesville and Wheeling Ave. Cambridge location cost $1.89. 2 pies at this location cost $3.39. Big price difference there. So just be mindful of the price differences when ordering.

We stopped for a quick bite to eat. But they messed up on my sandwiches. And when I went back to get what I ordered. They gave me some one else’s order that they had messed up on. Not the way that I would of done business.

I broke down today and it was 95° While my van was getting a new alternator the kids and I hung out inside the a/c here. Everyone was so friendly and nice to us. I usually don’t review McDonald’s, but I just had to let everyone know how well we was treated today. Id like to say thank you for letting us hang out for a bit and the young lady at the counter even found us a pc of paper and pen so we could play games. Everything we ordered was made correctly and the manager carried our tray to the table. It’s this type of hospitality that you find in nice towns like this one. Thank You to the entire crew for today. We really appreciated it. 🙂

MORRISTOWN OHIO LOCATION I have never seen a place that had more machine break downs than this place that takes weeks to repair The drive through attendants all tell ( Lie ) you something different. Machine broke down, out of mix, cleaning machine etc. Yall should be honest about how incompetent the owners are. They don’t pay you enough to lie for them

Food is was ok, walked in to order out because drive-thru was backed up and slow and the still shorted us a sandwich. When the wife went to tell them about it the shift supervisor didn’t seem to friendly about it by saying “well, I don’t see one sitting in the Ben”….. It’s an ongoing issue at all McDonald’s it seems, you place an order and get a mystery bag.
