This McDonald’s has always treated me with an attitude. Every time I’m there they are so absolutely rude and ignorant. If you hate your job that much just quit, especially that young dark haired one giving you the food.

This now makes the 3rd time I have used the mobile app & code and lost it because the item I ordered was being cleaned at 330 pm! I understand that drink machines need cleaned, but at that early in the day they should not be getting cleaned! I now will no longer go to this location as it always seems when I order frappes that their machine is being cleaned. Whether it’s 3pm, 10am etc.

Our visit started off well. The cashier was very patient and helped me navigate the app, which I had just downloaded. After ordering we didn’t receive our drinks right away, so we figured they would come with our food. They didn’t. The person that delivered our food to the table remembered our drink order and went back to get it. Except she didn’t. We finished eating and stood at the front counter for many minutes (watching another party leave because they weren’t getting served) before I was able to catch the eye of a passing employee. I told her we were done eating but still waiting for our drinks. She said, “I’m sorry, I’m not clocked in.” I actually had to ask her if she could get someone who is! Apparently the other employees couldn’t be bothered because she did end up getting them. Two stars instead of one because the employee that took our order was so attentive.

Check your order before you leave the windows. We ordered two double cheese without cheese, got home, and had two double plain with extra cheese. The dogs love this place, and they eat more than we do, fries are usually cold.

Where 1 time. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a mcrib with bacon on all of them. I got two chicken sandwiches disgustingly drenched in mayonnaise. I should get what I paid for especially after having to pull over and wait 10 mins for me food. Bad work. Just worked 12 hrs straight on my 12th day in a row on a drilling rig. Thought I would treat myself after a rough day. Thanks McDonald’s for reminding me why I don’t go to fast food.

I called over first prior to leaving to make sure they was able to make mocha frap. I was told they could but couldn’t make the carmel because they was out of the mix. So I then drove over & placed my order of 3 large mocha Fraps. I pay for them & get to 2nd window were I am then told that they couldn’t be made because they was out of both mixes. This could of been avoided if someone would have checked. As well as when I got refunded I was only refunded $3! When I paid almost $14 for 3 of them. This was at around 615pm when they wasnt busy at all. I ended up getting my full refund but the fact that I wasted a over hour drive back & forth could of been avoided if it was checked on. As well as I lost 4500 points which is a free drink over it.

I broke down today and it was 95° While my van was getting a new alternator the kids and I hung out inside the a/c here. Everyone was so friendly and nice to us. I usually don’t review McDonald’s, but I just had to let everyone know how well we was treated today. Id like to say thank you for letting us hang out for a bit and the young lady at the counter even found us a pc of paper and pen so we could play games. Everything we ordered was made correctly and the manager carried our tray to the table. It’s this type of hospitality that you find in nice towns like this one. Thank You to the entire crew for today. We really appreciated it. 🙂
