Came here for breakfast and got their Portuguese Sausage Platter. Not sure what brand of sausage they use, but it’s great! A bit oily, but sure is tasty, wish they gave more than 4 slices! The scrambled eggs are good, but then again it’s hard to go wrong with scrambled eggs. The rice is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes it is cooked perfectly, sometimes it is a bit on the hard/dry side. Overall it is my go to breakfast platter.

Over the years, this Jack in the Box, has improved. The staff and management are AWESOME. You order, a minute or two later, your food is ready. The manager is absolutely wonderful as well as her staff. Of all the Jack in the Box in Hawaii, I will always pick this one. I love how they know my order when I enter the restaurant.

The restaurant was clean. The service was fast and friendly. My food was hot and tasted freshly made. The fries were definitely just out of the fryer. Plenty of sauce in the sandwich. Would go again.

The only problem was that I ordered a “2 extreme breakfast sandwich combos” special with a coupon, and one of the sandwiches only had one sausage patty. The other had two, which is correct, but it was too much trouble to go back and correct the mistake by the time I discovered it. So low mark for the food because of the error, though it tasted okay, and the rest of the experience was all right.

Hey it’s JITB! What can say? This JITB (downtown) still has no inside seating, so the searing outside is super odd!!! The chairs don’t match the tables… I mean the chairs are too low… literally my shoulders were level with the top of the table. But other that the food was good and the service was great

Bought a local breakfast platter this morning and after digging in I felt something unusual in my mouth. The “thing” turned out to be a long strand of black hair in the scrambled eggs. Not good. Called the store and spoke with whom I believe was the manager but received nothing other than a curt apology. I wonder if the employees even wash their hands . . . Food service and sanitation are inseparable.
