Great experience as usual did the mobile app. I ordered happy meal for my granddaughter & I used my rewards to get a filet of fish, brought a fry . Both the order taker & guy who gave us the food was amazing nice. The food was great. I appreciate awesome service (oops didn’t get pictures of our food she was hungry & me too)

Second visit here…The second paragraph is for the first visit. This was worse than the first. Someone who hand me the food seems doesnot care. I ordered McChicken and got like this not only one…pic will tell everything how carefull is this location. Neverever will go back to this location.

Served me a raw quarter pounder & wouldn’t answer the phone!!! I’m so upset to had to throw money away . Not to mention it took a few minutes for the drive-thru person to even acknowledge me and take my order! Never again!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience this morning left me pretty upset. I had placed a mobile order this morning and the manager on duty told me the order was cancelled. I showed him that I never cancelled my order as well as showed him the charge went through on my card. Instead of helping me get a refund or asking what I ordered so his staff could make my order, he essentially told me there was nothing he could do. He told me to request a refund from the app but the app says to return to the store for a refund. I’m not trying to be a hater but this guy probably shouldn’t be in management anywhere… probably the worst service I’ve ever had from McDonald’s.

The food here is great. No complaints. Service with a smile and so far they have had my order right. Of course, when it comes to milkshakes or ice cream, like in most MCDONALD’S, sometimes the machine is down.

13 people standing at the front of the store. Not one of us had been helped. This is the situation every single time I come to this location. It’s been 15-20 minutes and the same employee is refusing to help anyone but the drive through customers. I was one of three DoorDash drivers in the store and each one of us tried telling her our order number and she completely ignored all of us and kept bagging drive through orders. I called DoorDash support and they told me to try to drive through. There was not one car in waiting for food or waiting to order in the drive through. Again, I was refused help and was told I have to come inside the store. I asked her why I would come back inside since you are refusing everyone service. No response. Doordash tried calling the store to tell them to make the order as it was 20 minutes late and they hung up on them as well. This store is straight trash.

Worst customer service ever! Very rude staff, food is always wrong and there was shredded pieces of foil in my frappe! Noticed it after the third sip I thought at first it was ice until i felt discomfort in my throat and used my fingers to through the rest of it in my cup. The drive thru staff needs to be trained on good customer service!

Every time I go to this location after 12 am the employee respond “we are not taking orders right now” so I asked for the hours of service and they said 24 hours. Then I asked again why not taking orders and responded “we are not taking orders right now”. There were 3 vehicles in the parking lot. So they have people working. What do they do then? This is happening very frequent and today 4/14/23 at 2:00Am they are not taking orders. So they aren’t 24 HOURS open.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this location has 2 drive thru’s took forever to get help because they only wanted to work 1 line at a time. Then we get our food just simple cheeseburgers and mine was cold my husbands was cold and really chewy like he couldn’t even take a bite out of it! Even my dog had troubles eating the burger.

I always like to look at the positive side of things; however, this location always takes forever. I’ve been there very few times, and each and every time, it takes about 20+min until we receive our order. I understand that the food has to be prepped, but it’s ridiculous how long we have to wait every time. Also, I have either been charged incorrectly or never received my change (did speak up, and was resolved.) I do want to point out that we have never had an issue with the food itself, the issue is just the service.
