This McDonald’s is probably the worst McDonald’s in 10 miles. The play area is filthy, and it’s not much to begin with. The restroom in the play area is even worse. My feet are literally sticking to the floor when I walk. The food we ordered was not correct at all. We ordered literally one happy meal, which had no toy in it, and we obviously cannot have that. Not to mention we didn’t even get the correct food that we ordered. But overall I would not recommend stopping here. Keep going..

We got in here and the soda machine had no carbonation in it and the worker knew completely that they didn’t work at all but didn’t warn us. Ended up paying 2 dollars for soda for 6 of us and the restaurant was so dirty and flies were all over the place. There was a guy to fix it and he was asleep the whole time.

Service was awful. We only got half our order. We got no drinks and no sauces which were on the order. Plus ordered 5 cheeseburgers with specific things and only got 3 to start and only 1 was completely right. Then the girl brings another cheeseburger then brings just a hamburger. Ummm no it’s to be a cheeseburger with just ketchup and she hands me a cheeseburger and tells me to add my own ketchup.

They did pretty good this morning. Order was correct, food was good (ordered through mobile app). Went inside to pickup and do an OTC order for drinks. Online order was ready but it took several minutes to get my drinks ordered. Still not too bad though.

It’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant but it is one of the slowest and disorganized McDonald’s around. The drive thru really needs to be looked at. They need faster,and friendlier there. And they also need to quit giving customers wrong orders then taking them back through the window and then hand it to the correct person. That just don’t sit well with me that’s a big NO NO

If I could give a zero I would we done online order before we left are house on the receipt it rang up 2:04 pm and it we got are food at 2:27pm we order the buy one get one for a dollar 3 McDonald’s 2 -4pc nuggets 1small fry 1 quart lb and 2 med fries an free 10pc and 2 pies one chocolate cookie and one apple so there was no one in drive tho the girl said are you the one with the big order we said yes then I was checking it no fries at all we go back around told them we had to tell them a total of 5 times and then show the receipt when will corporate see all these reviews and come in and do something

I had a great time I think they did have a problem with the food cord a lot of people was getting upset standing there waiting sometimes 30 to 40 minutes for their food Plus I think they said something was down that wouldn’t call enough numbers so they’re just leaving the tray there waiting for people to come up nice for the food and a lot of dit no clothing me until I asked a lady So you might wanna have a meeting with them How to Get the food out quicker other than that we had a great time And on a small pool I think a guy got hurt I think some scraping you might want to look At the slides And I noticed a lot of them wasn’t being aired up a lot of them was loud I noticed me my granddaughter was going down and almost tip my head because me and her was together it was slow and Khalid let me go back quicker than expected going through the into the tunnel so you might want to make sure that they’re Have enough aired up Forever one Mainly the 2 seater just saying to be safe

Just came through order a no.5 . The guy that waited on me said they had no dr . Pepper that’s fine. Give me a medium Coke then and add a large Coke too. He didn’t come back and finish my order sat out in the drive thru. Pulled to the windows instructed what I had and still didn’t get it right. Go get my food drinks we’re wrong and no fries . I know we all are short handed but really need to get it together.

The food was wrong. I went around to the door, but the lobby was closed. Two staff members looked at me and ignored me. I had to sit in the 20+ minute line for a second time. The patron at the window while I was knocking came around and informed me that the male staff member working that second window had some negative comments to say about me to her. All I done was politely knock and hold up the burger so they knew why I was knocking. When I got back around, the second staff member (female) was then at the doors fixing someone else’s order, so why couldn’t mine have been fixed that way? The male staff member decided to just swap the top bun on my burger and then covered it heavily in ketchup to the point it was coming out of the wrapper. Nice smart a$$ attitude. I’m not stupid enough to send it back a 2nd time, so I just tossed it in the bag and accepted the loss. Of course, they wouldn’t answer the phone for me to let someone else know of the situation.
