Moving Forward Cleanouts
The first time we went in the service and the food was amazing. The second time the bathroom was gross, the staff were too busy talking about others to even say hi. It took them about a minute then they were out of root beer. Next time they were out of root beer. Still the same service talking and laughing which is fine. But would be nice to be greeted while they are having a good time.
This last time they had root beer. But went the drive through. And while they were nice we had to wait on our root beer floats while they were busy talking. Didn’t even tell me the price at first. Just seems there needs to be better customer service and proper planning for a business. I am all for the smiles and fun. But I don’t want to hear shit talking on anyone and not should we have to. Not my circus, not my monkey’s. Think someone needs to step up and start making solutions instead of excuses. And I have asked around I am not the only one that has had to deal with this sort of thing. Make your day absolutely amazing and never stop moving forward!!

The manager bad mouthed me when I insisted that they serve me with no receipts because the receipt paper causes me health issues. The McDonald’s franchise in general is not worth the money or risk of bad service.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and try to avoid at all cost. Unfortunately they’re the only place that offers a play place what little of one it has. Food is never any count and not to mention you gotta wait in line for 30 mins to get a pk of ketchup or something as simple as a straw and god forbid you need a refill cause you won’t get it. There’s no accessible condiments or drink machines and if you ask for anything if you can even get to the counter to ask they act like it’s the end of the world. Pitiful really do better berea. Super unclean as well.

Me and 4 others ordered at the kiosks, placed to-go orders, when all of their orders were placed at the counter, the name for my order was called, and I went to grab it, but it wasn’t there. I stood and waited. When the manager finally spoke to me, she gave an attitude, saying it was on the pick-up shelf (where the orders for the mobile app are placed). When I got my food, the lid of the drink smelled of BO. My friends’ drinks smelled the same. The manager was the one who made the drinks. As an ex-employee, my managers would strongly advise us to wash our hands. And put our hair up properly (in either a bun or a braid, not a ponytail). My food was not very good, and it’s hard to enjoy a milkshake when all you can smell is the oil off of someone’s unwashed hands. The manager who made our orders continuously yelled at her crew. When asked to fix an order, she rolled her eyes. Unacceptable behavior from an employee, let alone a manager.

We came in-between meal times, so while we understand, our food was a bit cold. This McDonald’s has a really nice, clean play place though and that was the real winner here. Especially with the bathroom being in the play area and tables there too. We are just passing through, but we would come again if we passed by. The kids loved it and we were able to get some energy out.

I’m really confused on why I had to stand at the counter for 10 minutes JUST to place my order when multiple employees were just standing there looking me straight in the eyes. Then another 5 minutes to get ONLY TWO medium fries that ended up being very old and cold. It’s really embarrassing and the standard of customer service is appalling. Also. Why do you have a “Now hiring” sign when multiple people I know have called within a day of me seeing the sign and they’re on a “hiring freeze”? So we’re giving false hope and wasting people’s time on an application just to be discarded? I don’t know, this store is just awful.

Stopped to get me and my gf a big mac meal, halfway through the burger my gf pulls a hair out of her mouth and I confronted the manager (the one that has a unibrow) and she was very rude and hostile. Ask me if I still had the burger I told her I didnt want another one to get another hair if not spit. We threw our stuff away and left. While waiting on a manager the cashier was being rude and disrespectful to a woman and her 4 kids. I highly recommend nobody spend money here. This is not the first bad experience with this location but it will definitely be my last.

Fast service, well-assembled food, great play place for the kids! My biggest complaint was that the floor in the bathroom was slick and dirty appearing (it was a rainy day), but the employee readily thanked me and appeared as though he would address it shortly.

Dirty and slow, perhaps very low staffed? The crew members were very nice and look like trying their best but waited 20 minutes in line inside to order as there were 6 people ahead of us and 7-9 behind us and nobody on register but one guy trying to do register, packing orders and handling some drive-thru in the middle of a Lunch rush. Most all tables were dirty with nobody wiping them for people to sit, bathrooms dirty and soda station a mess. The employees working were working very hard and trying their best but too much on them to handle causing bad experience.. should be left on the operating owner of the business on better ways to handle as I’ve witnessed throughout numerous states in the country all having different ways of managing low staffing/pandemic yet providing great experience.
