Don’t bother ordering here. They say they’re open 24 hours but always shut down past 9pm, sometimes even during the day just to ‘clean the parking lot’. Have an entire crew of people just standing around with the drive-thru lanes blocked off watching people come and go.

The hamburgers are always cold. When you have them remake them fresh they warm them up instead. They always tell me that they don’t cook them but only put them through the warmer which to me is very unsanitary and not safe.

Update: Arrived around 2:30 AM after placing an order on the mobile app and was informed that their system was going to be down for several hours. I don’t appreciate driving over here at this time of night only to be told that the order I’ve already paid for can’t be filled. This is a serious screw up. See my previous review about how the only way to get good service is to come during the day when management is in the store.

I honestly love this place despite the pricing and occasional busy rushes. The staff do their best and try hard to get orders out in a timely manner. Every time I order here the staff is always friendly. Even on off days where you can tell the staff has had a rough day, I do my best to make them smile and let them know they are appreciated. Went through the drive thru because I’ve had great experiences with this McDonald’s before. The app was down so I paid full price for my large Coke Zero which wasn’t that big of a deal. When they handed me my drink it was only filled to the line that McCafe Ice so it was missing a over an inch of drink, but I told the boy working the drive thru that I understood that it was filled by the machine. I figured I would take care of the issue by just going into the restaurant after drinking some of my drink to refill it (less than ten minutes from when I made my initial purchase) and as I walked in a lady (on her iPhone) behind the counter rudely said, “she can’t come in here and fill up her cup.” I explained that I had just ordered in the drive thru, it wasn’t all the way full and that I had been sitting in the parking lot drinking it. She proceeded to tell me that I would need to purchase another drink. I said I would be willing to pay a refill price once I already had a cup. She said I would have to pay for a brand new drink. She was talking to me all while she had a phone up to her ear (supposedly talking to her general manager, Dawn) and then just walked off, didn’t end the interaction, just walked off. I asked her for her name so I could inform the general manager when I called who I had interacted with. She told me she wouldn’t give me her name and then threatened the other employees to not tell me her name. I finally walked out without filling my cup. I’m not really sure what sparked such hatred for someone she had never met, but I hope she receives training on how to approach customers. She was very confrontational right away and her employees seemed to be scared of her as well. I’m hoping she isn’t always like this and was just having a bad day.

I ordered a kids cheeseburger and they gave me a happy meal. They refunded my purchase and when I finally got a kids burger the bun had ketchup and mustard all over it. It was so messy it couldn’t be eaten!
