I ordered 2 sausage mbgriddles and the only one I got did not even have a piece of sausage on it and did not get the other one at all. And while I was waiting in line 3 other people came in with their orders wrong. And then went back and told them and they were to sorry to correct it. Bad management and not good service at all

We had ordered via the app for curbside pickup. When we got there, the app told us that curbside was unavailable. Went in to pick it up and they were not putting order numbers up on the board.

4/40/23 @ 1:25pm. The bathrooms were clean, you could choose between kiosk order or ordering with an employee, food order was correct, fries were hot and it was delicious. The manager and employees had a system going.

The slowest and yet coldest food! How is that possible? You also can’t see them making the food which makes me curious because most McDs I can at least see the fry station and part of food prep. Not here. The were well staffed, it was NOT BUSY, and it took forever. Oh, and you have to order from a kiosk. Some nice elderly man was waiting at the counter and they left him standing there for 10 mins. I guess hoping he’d go away, before anyone came to even take his order. He ordered a sandwich and pie and the lady rudely stated “no pie”… I was sickened as to how they treated this man. Our food was overcooked and cold fries. Ok cooked but cold nuggets. And cold cheeseburgers. Nothing, I repeat, nothing was cooked proper or served properly. Disgusting. Stay away!

No flag on the flag pole. No table had been wiped clean. Indoor string lights hanging over a seating area only had about half the bulbs working. They had run out of unsweet tea(Wal Mart probably has some patter down the street?). A single fly. Health Dept. posted a “B” rating

This mcdonald’s is absolutely terrible we came in to grab a bite to eat (out of town) and they forced us to use the kiosk which is confusing for the order that we were making and I asked if we could just order up front at the register and I get an employee yelling saying “USE THE KIOSK” pointing to it. So, we made the decision to leave and go elsewhere because honestly if their customer service is that bad, I would hate to see how bad the back of that kitchen looks. Very disappointed!

I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS MCDONALDS. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS I ORDERED MY FOOD GET TO THE WINDOW TO PICK MY FOOD UP AND THEY DONT GIVE ME EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED. WHEN I BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY ARE VERY RUDE ABOUT IT AND TELL ME IM GOING TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE LINE AGAIN BECAUSE THE PERSON TAKING MY ORDER DIDNT PUT EVERYTHING I ORDERED ON THE TICKET.

Went to get breakfast this morning told them i needed 2 bacon and egg and cheese biscuit meals and a big breakfast with hot cakes with (3) cokes. Get to the window to pick up the food she gives me the bag and (2) coke’s. I let her know i had ordered 3 cokes and she said we only rang you up for two i let her know that i told the lady 3 and that i will give them money for the third and this woman told me i could either come in or go back through the line ( that was backed up to the road) she said she would not take my money at the window. Smh when i got back and looked at my food it wasn’t even what I ordered
