ABSOLUTELY horrible employees. Ordered a 3 piece chicken and french fries. Took 45 MINUTES for the most simple order (they didnt want to make the drink i asked for which was a milkshake so they said they were out) and got to someone else before others. They need to fire the entire team and get a new manager. Horrible i mean horrible.

Ordered two Filet-O-Fish to go. They should change the name to “FILET-OF-MINNOW” instead.
They are definitely A Lot Smaller and were very dry. Very little tartar sauce.
I would have had more with a couple of mini-burgers from Krystal.
And the cost… two Filet-Of-Minnow, a six piece chicken nuggets and a Sweet Tea — $15.

But kinda disrespectful for the manager to be there and have regular non employe ppl going in and grabbing the food and touching everything in the kitchen and manager not saying anything. Its a Very nice McDonald’s too but employees not good at all bad atmosphere. There is one that did act professional. She was the one who attended me.

Easily one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been in. We just stopped by to buy some coffee but they didn’t have lattes, nor cappuccinos. We ended getting a cold regular coffee and a tasteless iced coffee. While we were waiting, another two customers were upset because of wrong orders.

Gave me wrong sandwich. Acted like they were high and very uneducated. Like they didn’t know how to do their jobs. Took the sandwich and gave me the bag to give the sandwich to someone else instead of throwing it away. They put it back in the heating thing where the sandwiches come up. Very unsanitary.

I was at the drive-through window for almost 10 to 15 minutes before anyone would finish taking my order some lady had begun to take my order and then left and then I had to wait. This is ridiculous

We went through the drive-thru; my order was a vanilla ice coffee with extra espresso. What I received looked like milk. I went in quite frustrated and that only grew when someone in the back said order on the kiosk and I had to raise my voice to say my coffee wasn’t coffee. At this point an employee came up front and I began to explain the issue and my frustration and she said “you gonna have an attitude”;! I replied “I’m sorry?” She then began to correct her children and she repeated herself. I explained again the problem and she said “we’re out of espresso”; I replied we weren’t told that when we ordered and she rolled her eyes. She took the drink and supposedly remade it correctly. That was not the case. I took the drink and left because I didn’t want to escalate the situation. There was absolutely NO coffee in what was made!

We ordered our food online. When we got to the cash register, the employees told us “the action declined” while the app said that the order was being made. The register employee had an attitude until the assistant manager came by to talk to us. The Assistant Manager basically told us that it was the phones fault, then she had an attitude. They ended up giving us our food and drinks just to forget our fries
