This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered food around midnight. My order was $36.26. I asked for a large root beer and a large coke I got two cokes instead. I asked for two medium fries which were NOT completely cooked. I asked for four double cheeseburgers the buns were HARD. I asked for a side of ranch didn’t get that. I then called up the store at 12:16am it rang for a while and then I received an answer I explained all my issues to them and the guy who answered said he pulls them out fresh himself. I proceeded to tell him that there is no way and that my husband is a manager at the Houston location which he is and he even stated the fries aren’t done and the buns have been out that they’re as hard as a rock. The guy who answered then proceeded to not fix anything or offer any solutions but to then hang up on us. I will be calling the gm in the morning. Update: I tried to get a hold of a gm this morning and the phone would go to a fax dial tone. So my next option is to reach out to the store owner. This is ridiculous. But for the amount that we paid for the food and for it to be in that condition is outrageous. Either give me a refund or remake the food fresh for us.

I keep giving them chance after chance. This is sad. I pay all this money for food and not even get what I paid for. The first time the mistake happened I let it side paid for a dbl quarter pounder got a single, I let it go. This time my food was completely wrong. I don’t know what’s going on, but this is unexceptional. The lady at the window doesn’t need a job there as a cashier. Rude. Bad customer service. Count your days McDonalds pontotoc.

Tried to go through the drive through waited 3mins just for no one to take my order. Drive around to see employees standing around chatting. This happened at 9:15pm. Found out none of them even had a headset on when my sister went inside to order food. Better management of employees is needed at this location. Not the first time I have had a problem with this location. My advice only come here if you have to.
