They pour a nice drink ill say that. I forget his name but the shorter loud Mexican dude bartender has been caught doing some sketchy stuff. Like when handed multiple video poker tickets he will “accidentally” pocket one hoping you wont notice. Also a friend of mine that goes down there said he leaned over the bar and kissed her one time like a creep. All the other bartenders are pretty good.

Such a huge let down on a simple request. I orders a crispy chicken sandwhich when asked what came on it i was told it only came with lettuce and tomato, but i could add cheese if i liked.so i ordered one with only cheese. After getting my order and getting home to eat i opened up to discover my order was incorrect. As well as the sandwhich was covered in mustard and miracle whip which over powerd the chicken that didnt even fit on the whole roll. (See image)

Service was slow. I’d prefer silverware not handed to me with bare hands, but wrapped in napkin. We wanted tomato added to cheeseburger and charged $2 for that. We wanted sweet potato fries instead of regular and charged for that. This place really nichol and dimes you for everything.

Woahhhh buddy. I came in for the first time with a friend. The total was just over 12$ . Tipped 3$. Today shows my account was charged for over $20. They straight up changed the tip after I left. I have already contacted my credit card company. Not to mention standing there for 10 minutes while the bar tender played favorites to the locals. Stay far away.

Pretty disappointed a local bar and Grill would want to try to build up loyalty of customers and then they charge 3% for using a debit or credit card. Not classy at all. Just raise your prices 3% instead of appearing to be extremely cheap nickel & dime place. How many customers will deduct the 3% from their tip? which is not fair to the servers who did a great job. I hope the owners see this and make a change or else my devices to Go someplace else

Coldest beer in town! However, my brother asked for medium rare steak. I got a cheeseburger. Mine was medium rare! My brother could barely eat the last of his very well-done steak! Great chill atmosphere!

I went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how few people were there. Most of the customers were using the slot machines on the bar side. The lunch I got actually ended up as a brunch because I was able to order a breakfast, which is what I really wanted anyway. About half way through it the cook was able to come out and talk to me to see how it was. Genuine concern and caring by all the employees that I saw. Keep in mind for a future visit as I will probably return also.

I have never had such a bad experience from a server as I have had here. Jose has tried so very hard not to serve us. We tip VERY well as can be attested by the other bar tenders. We went in on a Sunday morning at 10 AM, had 2 beers.and went home

The food was really good. I had a good time playing in there 3ball tournament. There were two bartenders. One was great. The other one was, one of the rudest bartenders I’ve ever meet. Everyone in my group said the same thing. They never come ask you if you need anything. You have to stand in line to get a drink or food. The service is not good at all.
