Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

The food was good. The service could be better. Maybe train the drive-thru window people to be courteous and say something when they open the window to give you your food. They gave us our sons happy meal and closed the window, and walked off.

The lady who takes my order is very nice, but the lady who gives out the food is the rudest person I think I’ve come in contact with! I’ve never been anything but super nice and respectful to her, but she is quite opposite! I’ve been stopping there every morning almost for the last two months, since I got a job close. I thought she might warm up, nope! Totally rude, every single time! Acts like I’m bothering her to request mustard or jelly, and NEVER gives what I ask for! If I ask for strawberry jelly, she gives me grape , etc. and throws it in the bag like it made her mad! This morning was my last stop there! I will continue to pray for her and her attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered through the app and the store ended up being closed. There were two people there and I went to get a refund because the app said that we had to get a refund from the restaurant. They told me that they couldn’t give me a refund that I had to go through the app. I called a different store and they told me no that you have to get the refund through the store.

I’m aware of how ratchet mc d can be but dayummm this one is top tier ratchet. The person making food must be illiterate or doesn’t care. Manager also had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. whoever took my order at the speaker was chill and someone made my coffee pretty good tho. My score is for the closing shift! Workers at this location refuse to take orders up to 15+ min before close. If they want to pretend to close early everyday, then they shouldn’t get paid to sit there and hang out. They already have the worst service of all the McDonald’s in the city. Y’all pay employees to hang out and ignore customers on the night shift. The other shifts are better, however the last shift consistently closes when they choose to. They will sit and play on phones or hang with they friends while turning down customers and delivery orders. I honestly feel bad for customers that walk there or take a cab, then they get turned away and have to pay to go all the way across town. They can’t even answer the phone 30 min before closing. If u go to this location go on 1st or 2nd shift if u want decent service. I not only make personal purchases, I am also a delivery driver. It’s not worth taking orders for this location on the closing shift. It’s always a loss of money and time. The only thing u will get is a funky attitude from the people who refuse to attempt to do thier job. Again, this review is only for the closing shift. Other shifts are not like this.

I have visited this location four times in two months before giving my review. The food is the same everywhere, but you know that. This location consistently is not clean. The floor is typically dirty. The leave the cones out for liability instead of properly cleaning. Flies are abundant inside and out. The crew members appear to do the best they can with the leadership provided. The manager is high on excuses and low on solutions. This location is supported by its local community that may not expect high standards. I hope they will clean house on several levels. This is the only fast food serving a breakfast for several miles so that don’t have competition. I will not likely visit until I see authentic reviews denoting improvements.

The cashier did not have correct change, so I handed her correct change and she could not figure it out. I told her if she couldn’t figure it out she could call the manager over so they could show her. They couldn’t even figure the math out with the calculator on this phone. What is this world coming to?

Worst mcdonalds experience ive ever had was here. They messed up our order, gave us something different entirely and when we asked to have what we ordered they said no because thats not what we paid for despite him ringing us up for that at the window. The reciept we got back had a different amount than what he told us we were paying. I told the lady at the 2nd window and she said we should have looked at our reciept to know what we were paying, as if that makes any sense. When I asked how I could look at the reciept before paying she cussed us out slammed the window. The doors were locked to inside, because i wanted to talk to a manager or soneone in charge. Oh well i wont bother with mcdonalds anymore nothing they have there is worth this service. I highly suggest you atleast avoid this mcdonalds.

2 customers waited 20+ mins for a big Mac and I slid my slids off while sitting at the table and the lady yelled at me to put them back on. There was food in the floor. It was dirty and the whole staff was rude and talked bad about their customers. They had attitudes towards everyone.

I don’t understand how this place can go from bad to worse and remain open. The staff is rude, the orders are usually wrong and now guests cannot wash their hands or use the restroom before eating. Not having a bathroom available for customer use should be a health code violation for any restaurant with an on premises permit!
