Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant’s on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille’s wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 – 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Although we only stopped by for a glass of wine and a dessert, the experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delicious port wine paired with a spectacular coffee dessert, perfectly balanced and presented.
What truly made the difference was the service. Leo took wonderful care of us: attentive, friendly, and very professional at all times. He made us feel welcome and well taken care of, even on a short visit.

Our server, Leo Luppo, was absolutely phenomenal. His personality brought such warmth and energy to our table, and his service was nothing short of superb. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our meal. Leo’s professionalism combined with his genuine charm made our dining experience truly memorable.
We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the entire team went above and beyond to make him feel special. Their thoughtful touches and genuine care turned an already wonderful evening into an unforgettable celebration.

This is a great steakhouse, a high-level steakhouse with many good evaluation. We were lucky to have a handsome youngmam “Leo” serving us. His confident and confident look made our world brighter! “Leo” is incredibly Super. Regarding the details we asked him about when ordering, he gave us an absolute guarantee: “He won’t make a mistake.” Not only is he handsome, but his attitude is also first-rate. He provided many appropriate suggestions for our meals, which made our dinner almost perfect. We had a very wonderful dinner. Most importantly, the steak was really delicious. Our personal favorite is definitely the “rib eye steak.” Today’s steak ranked first or second among the six top steakhouses we have eaten at in the United States this month. It was really delicious. I didn’t even spit out the meat, which means their meat is really tender. They also helped us cut a whole piece in advance, so we didn’t have to sharpen the knife there. At the previous steakhouse, because their ribeye steak had fascia and fat, the meal time was extended because the beef was difficult to cut. It took a lot of time to cut the fascia. At that time, we couldn’t imagine how such a high-class steakhouse could have such poor quality. Today, we are finally satisfied with the quality of the steak and enjoy wonderful American cuisine.

My girlfriend and I stopped in on 8/23 to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We absolutely love steakhouses and she has never been to a Capital Grille, and I wanted to show her what she’s been missing before we left on our cruise. Needless to say, it didn’t disappoint. Everything from the cocktails, appetizers, main course, and desserts all exceeded expectations. Our server, Jesus, was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. We enjoyed our meal and service so much that we made another reservation for dinner the day we returned to Miami and specifically requested Jesus. 10/10 all around. You will not be disappointed! Thank you for making our time in Miami a memorable one!

We recently visited The Capital Grille in Brickell and had a great experience overall. Our server, Giancarlo, was very attentive and provided excellent service. We ordered the bone-in ribeye, bone-in filet mignon, and pan-seared scallops — all delicious. The food took a bit longer than expected, likely because it was Valentine’s Day and very busy. Manager Diego Adrianzen stepped in, took care of our table, and made sure everything came out promptly. The Capital Grille is a bit pricier than some places, but you definitely get what you pay for in quality and service.

For someone like me who doesn’t arrange large dinner parties often, working with Beatriz and her team made my event flawless. The room fit my needs perfectly. They worked with me to develop a menu appropriate for my guests. Service was timely and silent as we enjoyed our dinner and lively conversation. And I was not disappointed with the food. Everything was delicious. As always The Capital Grill delivered.

I came here for Mother’s Day and had such an amazing experience with their Mother’s Day brunch special. They also allow you to order from the regular menu as well. However, our waitress was awesome, nice, and knew her stuff and the food looked beautiful and tasted great and once your in the garage and the valet takes your car, you wait right there for the elevator which takes you walking out of there right into the restaurant. I couldn’t have experienced anything better.

I dined here on Valentine’s Day and was extremely disappointed with the service from the start.
When we arrived at the valet parking lot, the two attendants were very rude and told us we couldn’t park there because the restaurant was closed. We explained that we had reservations, and they reluctantly let us in but not before sighing, complaining, and saying to each other that it was “fine as long as we leave a tip.” That was incredibly unprofessional. I brushed it off, assuming it was just valet and that the experience inside would be better. Unfortunately, it only got worse.
After being seated, our waiter greeted us by sighing and immediately telling us how long his night had been and how tired he was. He then rushed us to order entrees before we had even had a chance to properly look at the menu or order drinks. Then we overheard him telling the table next to us that he was supposed to go home but had been “stuck” with our table.
Having experience in the service industry myself, it was clear he was trying to rush us so we would finish around the same time as his other tables, which were already wrapping up, so he wouldn’t have to wait on us as his last table. Before we received our food, he informed us that another server would be finishing our dining experience. Shortly after the new server introduced himself, our food arrived. The original waiter then returned and attempted to close out our tab even though we hadn’t taken a single bite yet.
Thankfully, Stanley, our new server, was excellent and handled the remainder of our evening very professionally. He was attentive and made the best of an unfortunate situation.

Food was phenomenal. Thanks to the chef’s and kitchen staff for making the food experience great. Service was clean but a little cold from a service perspective. No issues at all but just not a “happy happy ” type feeling. Felt corporate with the bill for 2 that hit $260, including tip. Valet in the lower level parking garage was seamless and professional.
