We went through drive through on Saturday night and the person that took our order was very rude he wouldn’t give us time to complete the order and I order the big arch I don’t know if they didn’t want to cook it or what but he was rude and said we don’t have anymore quarter pounders choose something else we ask what was available and he started naming stuff rudely. I’m use to coming to that McDonald’s and being greeted with smiling faces if he doesn’t want to work third shift or work at all he needs to let a smiling face take his place. And he still did not get our order right the big mac that I ordered was cold and the bread was soggy I’m sorry but I don’t know his name I just know him by being a rude person and I don’t think he no longer needs to work at McDonald’s.

The guy at the window tonight was unnecessary rude. The last few times I’ve been there and placed a mobile order I get to the window to get my food and I’m told something I ordered was unavailable. Even tho its becoming a regular occurrence, I’m not hard to get along with. I’ll just switch it but the employee doesn’t need to get an attitude about it and walk away. He also got an attitude for asking for a drink tray. I told him thank you and he just ignored me. I also work with the public. I realize it’s a busy time of year and everyone is tired and stressed but
I’m not hateful to people just because they come to my work place to shop or eat.
I didn’t realize until I got home I was missing a medium fry. I guess that’s why fault for not checking my order. Food is getting too expensive to not get what you paid for.

I usually don’t have a problem with this restaurant. Troutman restaurant is terrible so I usually go a little further to this one. But this time my wait was 30 plus minutes for 2 combos. Pulled me up and forgot me. It was very busy but still. When I finally got my food one of the sandwiches was wrong and fries were cold. So dissatisfied

If I could I would give negative stars. I order ice cream in cup and two cookies. After the cashier took my order she immediately started stocking instead of fixing such as small uncooked order. To my surprise I saw the expedite person pull two cookies and had them in her hand without gloves. So I urgently called the cashier and explained i didnt want any cookies from an employee bare hand. So I asked for a refund. Then here comes the rudest manager ever. No apologies, and I was told to say less. He most definitely not management material. The employees, management and the service st this Macdonald is horrible. Never will return and someone need to address these issues.

Bacon… cheese… ketchup… and a double 1/4pounder… I get a SINGLE, with onion which was not asked for, mustard, and pickle… and there was NO bacon! Waste of a lunch break for me, not enough time to go back, my coworker got the wrong order as well. This place is terrible. Worst McDonald’s Ive ever ordered from. Good luck getting the correct food from here

This location consistently undercooks their fries. Or is that what they’re doing? I don’t know. They’re pale and weird and gross and the texture is wrong. I keep going here because it’s the closest one to my house, but it is a failure every time. I think once I have gotten okay fries here.

Me and my daughter absolutely loves this McDonald’s on Taylorsville hwy in Statesville Aaliyah was excellent with addressing our order provided excellent service with a smile and we absolutely lovvvvveee their Carmel frappe extra Carmel drizzle it’s so fan-tab-ulous I highly recommend you attend this restaurant especially if ur a Carmel frappe lover this specific location is the one to attend especially if you want a frappe fix this the beez-kneez

First, I waited at the counter to ask for ketchup because it is no longer available at counters but was ignored for 5 minutes and finally left. At least there was ketchup on my meatless cheeseburger bun. There is NO MEAT ON IT!!!!! What in the world???? Of course, we are headed on our way down I-40, entering Catawba Co and it is hardly worth turning around, but I travel this road to medical appointments very frequently- never will I stop here again!!! Thanks for the bun!!

this location is horrible. they always get your order wrong. never fails. and some cashiers are even rude. some days they are nice some days its horrible experience. my advise make sure you check your order to make sure you received everything. last time I came here my burger was cold.

One of the combos were missing on my takeout order. I did not realize it until I got home. Contacted them online and received an apology email but they refuse to give me a refund for the missing combo worth almost $10. So they basically stole $10 from a senior citizen.
Update: They responded to my review below and said to contact them, but I had already contacted them tried to resolve it before I submitted this review. I waited two weeks for a response. They just pretend that they will resolve the issue but did not do anything when they had the chance.
