The workers were okay, and the food was okay as well, it took them 20 minutes to give my family all the food, and I’m fine with waiting but they gave us a bag and said it was ares, but it had an oatmeal we didn’t order and we didn’t get half of are food, not to mention we weren’t the only ones, everyone was getting stuff they didn’t order, and were missing food that they order, also a man that was there before us, waited longer for his medium coffee then we did for 3 pancakes, 5 coffees, and a few other things, another laddie order oatmeal and fruit,but she got neither of them! I say this place had nice people and okay service but the day we came it was crazy!

Horrible experience! Long drive-thru wait. Ordered a Big Mac. The sandwich only had ketchup and Mayo. Why no Big Mac sauce, Lettuce, cheese, etc? It’s never had Ketchup or Mayo in all my years having eaten it. Luke warm fries. Won’t be back!!!

the food was good but average and the staff was very nice, however, I was absolutely devastated when it came to the soft drink selection. I entered the establishment with grandiose dreams of a burger and hi-c fruit punch and my observations from the line reinforced this, seeing the beautiful mark of the most wonderful fruit flavored beverage on the drink dispensary. Alas once my burger was prepared I walked up to the heaven-in-a-cup that awaited me only to come to the realization that this was not infact hi-c fruit punch but a devilish impostor known by the name of hi-c orange something or other. these lesser hi-c flavors only deserve to be sold at stores with the option of fruit punch available not at a respectable establishment such as McDonald’s. If I eat here again needless to say I will be bringing my own beverage until changes are made.

The drive-through line was long, and we were in line, no lie, for over 30 minutes. It was about 10:30ish at night. If there had been other options, I would have left. When we got there, 2 of the employees were outside playing around. They tried to get in, and another employee locked them from getting in (playing around).

The crew here is decent. The reason I’ve marked them down is they haven’t been giving back penny(ies) for change. They just short you. They don’t ask if that’s OK either, they just do it so you need to check your change. I don’t know if they are legally allowed to do that, but if you go to this location, I recommend paying with a card instead of cash.

I order tru the self machine inside, I forgot my card so I wanted to pay with cash. The cashier didnt know how to retrieve what I had order on the self machine. She called the manager (who looked annoyed). We got our food to dine in. The food looked old. Had a great time because it was empty at the play area. Also most of the tables were dirty. Hopefully they get better? Only reason I stoped there was because chick-fil-A on Easteren Blvd was closed.

After 4 pm it’s a mad house. I waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers and a drink. I counted at least 7 high school employees just standing on cell phones. No one cared that 15 customers were waiting on food or the drive thru was slammed…

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Workers were lazy and disrespectful. Our order was put in wrong. When I asked them to correct it they acted like it was my fault then proceeded to try and double charge me for correcting it. The bathroom was disgusting with an overflow commode filled with waste. Absolutely disgusting and appalling. Save your time and money, and well-being. Don’t dine here!
