Food was good and hot we dine in and my grandkids enjoy the inside play area and the only thing is that no table was clean had to go in the bathroom to get paper towels to wet and wash the table but it wasn’t any in their I didn’t ask the staff for a towel because they was real busy but later had to ask for a towel and she came and wash the table for us .As we’re leaving I had a survey code for buy one get one on any sandwich and order a sweet tea I love that because it use to be you can’t get but a quarter pounder so as I place my order I got my free refill as my order got ready she gave me my sandwiches but not my sweet tea and when I ask her for it she saw my refill drink which was a coke and said she already gave me Mt drink I tried to show her my receipt she didn’t want to look at it and the way she gave it to me I don’t think I want to dine in any more because I felt like she was accusing me of stealing a drink .I think at least through the drive through it’s better communication but I’ll just be lacking of the refill when dining in

I stopped by and ordered in store on 2/13. The staff was a loud and somewhat obnoxious but it seemed like they were having fun and it reminded me of me and the crew I worked with at McDonald’s when I was 16 in the 90s. The lobby was a bit dirty and only 2 other people were there ordering but the drive thru was jam packed with about 15 cars. I got my food in less than 10 minutes and in that time they had at least half the cars served. Other than the messy lobby I really don’t have any complaints!

This mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. Unprofessional and rude were the drive thru staff and the staff inside. Only one lady was nice to me and was actually trying to help me. I ordered my food,and get to the window to pay, there was absolutely no customer service at all. I didn’t get a receipt, I asked and the girl told me no. I get to the second window they hand me the drinks, I ordered a large coffee she gave me a small when I corrected her and said no i paid for a large coffee,she said I’d have to go back around and order another one. I parked and went in to talk to management. I get inside and was met with hostility and racial slurs. I wasn’t even mad,I just asked for my large coffee,the girl that starts cussing me said I had to pay 1.74 for the bigger size. At this point I didn’t want to argue anymore,and just paid and left. However, I work for mcdonalds in florida for the same company that owns this franchise and none of what I experienced would have flew well down there. I have tried to call and report it but no one has returned my call so here’s your review. Do better, I tried to chalk it up to maybe the ladies were having a bad day but there’s no reason to act that hateful when literally your whole job is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wont be back,I will avoid this location and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well while we visit.

All we wanted was a McFlurry. My husband pulled into the drive thru and a female asked us to wait. No problem. A male asked for our order, my husband responded “Can I get an M&M McFlurry?” Male associate said all we have is sweet tea. My husband responded “I said M&M McFlurry.” Then associate then said, McFlurry’s do not come with the meal. My husband then said “I didn’t order a meal; just a McFlurry.” The male associate then said “ok sir, you don’t have to scream.” My husband and I both said what? Simultaneously. He was not loud, only loud enough to be heard over passing vehicles. My husband then said “You know what, never mind. You have a good day!” The male associate then said yeah, fine. You too. Not exactly sure what my husband did that was so wrong, but the attitude by the male associate was totally uncalled for.

Be SURE to READ the Reviews! What I notice at many McDonald’s in the South as I travel, that if I go to the counter to place an order, the employees look at me & then ignore me? And I understand what my black friends are talking about, how things have been in the south about being ignored as a black customer. because when I have been places where I seem to be the ONLY “White Customer” the black customers are being served. And I just have to leave & find another place to spend my money. This is my SECOND McDonald’s in Montgomery today!

Very unprofessional! Definitely needs to have better drive thru customer service because the way they will give you attitude when you are spending hard earned money is INSANE. On multiple occasions have they forgotten I was even waiting on anything and I would have to go inside. Very inconsiderate and inconveniencing. They must have been out of whipped cream today because I asked was this a frappe because they are supposed to have whipped cream. She loudly said “frappe!” Did say they were out or anything. They just need a whole new team at this point. Taking my coins elsewhere!

I did a Mobil order only to get there to be ask to pull up number 6 I had been waiting for almost 40 minutes to bring my food. Remind you I’m sitting in my car going over something so I’m not really paying the time any attention. So when I noticed how long I have been waiting i go in to get my food. First offense the manager going to ask a young boy does he remember giving me my food. I don’t have to lie about receiving food. Second didn’t I receive I’m sorry for the wait or nothing from the manager who gave me my food. But if I would have act out of character I would have been wrong.

Disgusting food, zero management, and an experience that honestly made me sick.
This McDonald’s on Eastern Blvd in Montgomery is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. I stopped in to grab food and maybe get a few Monopoly game pieces — instead, I got a hair in my chicken nuggets. It was beyond gross, and honestly enough to make anyone lose their appetite.
To top it off, I ordered multiple items that should’ve come with four Monopoly game pieces, and they only gave me one. I didn’t even get a chance to bring it up because the place was a complete circus, no one was paying attention, no one was in control, and the whole operation looked like it was running on fumes. The employees were clearly trying, but it was chaos from start to finish.
There was NO leadership, NO organization, and NO sense of cleanliness or care. The floors were dirty, the counter was a mess, and the staff looked frustrated and lost. It’s honestly one of those places where you question how it’s even still open.
The manager, if there even is one, needs to be replaced immediately. Whoever’s in charge has clearly stopped caring, and it shows in every part of that store.
So if you’re driving down Eastern Blvd thinking about stopping here, take this as your sign: Do NOT pass Go, do NOT collect $200, just keep driving. You’ll thank yourself later.

Not friendly and all the staff were just hanging out in the back, completely ignoring everyone or even doing a job. Food was ok. Fries were hot and fresh. The nuggets were over cooked. But they were hot.
