In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I tried going through the drive thru at 7:30 on 8/28/23. Ya’ll need to fix whatever is going on. I waited at the actual speaker for over 5 minutes without being able to place an order. I eventually just left and went to Wendy’s. I saw at least 4 other cars leave the drive thru line due to the wait. I’m not sure if this is a issue with low staff or needing training, but looked like y’all were losing a lot of business.

Crazy that we ordered on the mobile app and have to wait so long because you choose to close your lobby at 9pm that is ridiculous to close that early! Plus turn your inside machines off if you are closed in the lobby because we got out of the car thinking it was open to try to see if we could go inside to get our orders instead but nope the door was locked! The food at least tasted wonderful. But when someone comes up to the drive thru how about someone actually say hello for once instead of just making people wait wondering what is going on.

If I could give a 0 I would! Workers uniforms were soiled, Mgr was loud and obnoxious while I came in to have an order I placed in DRIVETHRU replaced.. I understand it’s fast food and all, but come on cold fries, cold burger and you give me attitude? the staff (if you want to call them that)… which I don’t blame as much as I do the female blimp who runs or, well looks after night shift is unworldly awful. I say all that to say this, save yourself the headache, money, bad service and food if your really in need of McDonald’s just go to the one a mile up from here! They atleast cover the friggin basics!

I have been waiting weeks to be able to get coffee here. No coffee because of work in lobby. Today I told them I was every Happy that they were serving coffee. Sorry to say it was the worst coffee I have ever gotten from McDonald’s. I drink it black. Today it was colored water. Very disappointed.

Seems like everytime I visit the one on the corner of SFla avs and Edgewood Dr W, they disappoint. Doesn’t matter what you order they will tell you to pull up and wait in the parking space even though there might only be 2 customers in the whole place. Fast food my foot. Ordered small fry and Qtr w/ cheese and that was over $10. Crazy.

Had to go thru the drive-thru 3 times. They messed -up on my sandwich 2 times in a row. Mcdouble with no onion, it even said it on the ticket, and they gave me a cheese burger no onion twice in a row. Then my whole order was cold by that time. So it looked like they just warmed-up the rest of my order in the microwave and gave it back to me. I come here everyday during the week for lunch and spend over $10 every time. This will be my last time coming. Very disappointed with the service. If there was a negative star rating. I would give negative 2 stars.

I ordered on the electronics c kiosk which allowed me see all prices and options. I was able adjust the make of the burgers to add mayo and extra pickles. Also, since I have the app, I was offered a discount and earned points for more offers on my next visit. If you go to any MacDonald s then you must get and use their app.
