It is supposed to be an ice caramel coffee, extra syrup, extra caramel and extra whipped cream. If I had a little whipped cream, everything else didn’t exist, they only gave a coffee with ice and a little cream. Don’t complain because the guy at the bar is very friendly and he wasn’t the one who prepared it, but it’s money that one is paying if I wanted a coffee with ice I wouldn’t pay extra for anything. There was no syrup, nor the caramel that should be in the life because it is an “ice caramel” which means it should be prepared with caramel, and there was no extra that I add, nothing. After a bad experience at the location on Ariana, we came here. I am so glad that we did. First when we walked in we were greeted, then we found clean tables in the dining room. Food came out super fast. Everyone was great and I want to thank Quay in particular for being so nice and coming out to check on us. Restored my faith in McDonalds. Great job.

I thought this McDonalds deserved for me to take the time to leave a review. I went through drive through on 11/8/25 and customer service was on point. The staff were very nice polite. My order was correct fast and fresh. I especially liked that as I was handed my food the lady at the second window said thank you and come see us again with a smile. and that right there deserves 5 stars.as we all know most places now days lack customer service. I will be coming here again after this great experience.

Time and time again, they have the nerve to charge for extra sauce..Like, what is one syrup supposed to do for three thick pancakes, or one sauce for ten nuggets?! And then, on top of that, they still forget the sauces e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e or leave out part of the meal. It’s so incompetent and beyond frustrating, especially with how expensive they’ve gotten while the service just keeps sucking.

My wife and I just recently went through this location. I tried to order a McRib but was then told it was no longer available even though the sign said McGrib is back in season so advised the cashier to tell the manager remove it from your sign. We ordered a quarter pounder spicy chicken sandwich and six chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce. A very simple order. But somehow it was managed to be messed up by not including the barbecue sauce. I tried to call the location multiple times to speak with a manager and all I got was a busy signal so that tells me they just took the phone off the hook. This is obviously a location that lacks any leadership or manager ability or capability of following through with what they say show and advertise. Bottom line pathetic fire everybody level it and replace it with a Burger King!

Been to this McDonald’s a million times. App has stopped working for us suddenly so it freezes on the curbside “enter your spot number screen”. Store insists they never got our order despite showing them proof, order number, and my card already being charged. Rude and dismissive, the app even says “if have an issue/need a refund its between you and the store”.
Would not give any food and then stopped even acknowledging us standing there.
So now I have paid for food I cannot receive and cannot even get a refund. 45 minute ordeal for no food. Pick a different McDonald’s.

The outside lights were turned off during the late evening hours. I believe this was done so that they looked close and the employees wouldn’t have to work as hard as normal especially since this was on New Year’Eve. The worst part was that our fries were overcooked, possibly fried twice and the large fry wasn’t even filled halfway with fries.

Love this McDonald’s. It’s one of my favorites. They’re very consistent with their food and drinks. They never have issues with their smoothie machines being down like most of the other McDonald’s. The service here is just wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. They always greet you with a smile And I would definitely recommend McDonald’s.

French fries were disgusting and taste like old grease’ paid five dollars for a large French vanilla coffee, double caramel drizzle double whipped cream brought it out. It was pure water. So they had me pull up to remake the coffee and still come out sloppy and disgusting
