I believe we all know what we are trading off when we make the decision to go to a fast food restaurant versus a dine in restaurant. With this said, the order was taken quickly, and I was out of the drivethru within 5 minutes or so. I was pleased that the chicken nuggets were fresh. However, I expect all my food to be fresh and hot. The fries to my order were not only a bit cold, they were also soggy. This is what has lead my review to be what it is.

Walked in to the Grove park mcdonald’s restaurant and Theyyoung man at the register Looked right at me as i walked up to counter he then Looked down at the register. I was standing there In front of him a foot and a half away Politely waiting for him to get done. Doing what he was doing so I could ask him a question and make an order. I kept waiting for him to look up and he NEVER did after a couple of minutes. I said well I guess you’re busy In a slightly sarcastic But not rude manner . I turned around and look at the screen to make an order And was obviously having difficulty completing order. Alex continued to stare down at the register not Doing anything except looking down ? Seriously he never looked up. Wow Who trained this guy? talk about poor customer service. That kid did not deserve to be making minimum wage not even close And of course, I took my Business somewhere else. Prior to this visit, I went in and inquired about the app where you get rewards. I walked in there and no one Could answer any questions, nor could her boss. Because they don’t tell them about anything that has to do with that app. Now you tell me why would you have an app like that, and no one Could say anything about it . My original question was how it worked. I couldn’t figure out how to get. That’s supposed to be scanned I guess Do I walk in there with the phone and they scan that code ?hell They didn’t know anything. Technically, I shouldn’t even give a one star under customer service. Because there wasn’t any whatsoever. We’re, like, a negative one star. I’m never going there again.

Girl taking my order waited 5 minutes to barley say hi.she seemed like she hated her job and didn’t care about life. She got my order wrong . Then I fixed it at the window . Then all the food was hard as a rock . So I threw it all out. Oh the coffee was horrible .I will tell all my friends and strangers to never ever go to this McDonald’s.

I normally don’t leave reviews for McDonald’s or fast food places. But we came in 6/13 around 12:30 pm. Our food came out on time everything was hot. The place was busy & the tables were cleaned as soon as people left. The shift manager checked on us twice to ask us if we needed anything. Nice staff, clean place, good fast food!!

Went thru the drive thru today. “Taylor” took my order. I was frustrated and couldn’t get what I came for, but he took the time to help me navigate the app, and totally turned around what was going to be a negative experience, to walking away more than satisfied. He listened to my concerns and assisted me. I was truly impressed by “Taylor” as you don’t see that level of customer service skills much anymore, especially in the fast food industry. We will definitely return to this store. Thank you!

Worst McDonalds in Lakeland. Two people inside. Drive thru packed as always. Had to scream order, still wasn’t sure they got it right. You will never hear anyone say thank you. Had to go to “parking place”. Sat there 15 mnutes, finanally go in. Must have been 15 kids standing around in food prep area. Told two people how long I’d been waiting. Still needed my food. They all acted like I was speaking a foreign language. Most have said what I ordered 10 times and they still brought it to me wrong after waiting another five minutes. Finanlly they bring to me. No one said I’m sorry for your wait, just handed me the bag. I think she was the manager. I said you’re sorry for making me wait so long and forgetting about me, right? At least she said yes maam then. It’s complete chaos inside. One time I waited 30 minutes with only two cars in drive thru. Then when took my napkins out tgey had greasy fingerprints all over them, gag. I said I’d never go back and now I know I won’t. They don’t care about their service at all.

I placed an order within the app. It was after 930pm. Drive thru only available. I get there within 10 mins. I’m in the drive thru for over 30 mins before I get to the mic (there was only 1 car in front) then I had to wait another 7 mins before I can speak about the order. Went to the 2nd window since I paid within the app. Waited another 10 mins, got fresh fries though.
