This place is nice to enjoy the day with your kids and family. The atmosphere is breathtaking. The tree, butterflies, and bees are amazing to watch while learning about their habitat. Great place to go to have the kids enjoy themselves. There are picnic tables trash cans and shaded areas to enjoy lunch. The bathroom is creepy and not appealing at all. My son refused to go in there so we had to drive 20mins to a clean bathroom.

James the manager I believe had amazing customer service and honored the application as it had been glitching past 11pm since they close soon. I came to eat breakfast today and this beautiful sweet young lady named Myesha was super nice and very professional. This lady deserves a raise because she is awesome!! She made everyone feel comfortable and greeted everyone who came in . Looking forward to coming back and seeing Myesha again ❤️

Genuinely the slowest and least efficient McDonald’s I have ever been to. Everytime I come here it’s 15+ minutes. I wait at the order and nobody’s talks for 5+ mins then they take forever to take the order. And then its another 5 mins to order. And then the line that’s always here takes even longer. Genuinely ridiculous and so frustrating

Not only did they make us wait over 20/30 minutes for food, but they completely forgot they had asked us to pull forward. They continued to give everyone else in the drive thru their food with no acknowledgment to us waiting. I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to leave and worse parts I didn’t even get my food or refund.

They definitely don’t care but they just lost a long time regular customer. I did come here 3-4 times a week on my way to work because it’s so convienent and today after being at the end of my pay period and spending a lot for Christmas coming up, they refused to take money from me just because it’s older cash. It’s all the money I had on me, I had enough for my order and they turned me away 3 times and basically kicked me out just because the manager was too lazy to do his job. I could literally hear them laughing at me in the back. I work a tip job and constantly get older folks giving me older bills, coins, dollar coins even and I’ve always checked and did my job to verify. It’s so unprofessional and rude, very unlike the service I’ve always gotten since moving to Lakeland. You’re safe if you’re using a card but beware with older bills and honestly probably 50s or 100s!! This location is too scared to verify. Pic attached shows it’s REAL MONEY with my COUNTERFEIT DETECTOR MARKER. Go ahead and zoom in to the part it says “gold = real” and keep that knowledge in your memory so you can do your job right next time.

The organization and time management are all out of place. I went through the drive through and I still had to wait 5 cars infront of me waiting on the curbside pick up because they weren’t ready. Honestly it defeats the whole purpose of 1. Fast food 2. Fast service

7:19am I arrived at drive thru, I got the $5 extra value meal it took staff 15 minutes for one small coffee told me to wait at 3rd window. Like they forgot about me in the front of the line I had to pull off and leave cuz I have a doctor’s appointment. Also my mother is very sick and wanted some breakfast our order was messed up the other day as well we called your McDonald’s location all day and no one ever answered the phone. You want Ronald McDonald donations I can’t get our orders right nor do you answer your phone to fix your errors for your customers that are paying for their meals. We have tried to call your location 3 to 4 times on multiple food orders wrong. I think I will find me a different McDonald’s now. I pray the staff is better well trained at another McDonald’s.
