The grossest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I travel the USA & thos os the nastiest. My food was cold. Workers weren’t working, just talking on their phones. I have pics to prove this place is disgusting. This place should be shut down! The health department will be notified & McDonald’s headquarters

Did I miss a press release somewhere that all McDonald’s are now required to serve cold French fries ? If so you’re doing a great job Stuart McDonald’s.
Edit – also ordered things without cheese. Not only was everything else ordered thrown in the bag as if it was thrown across the room and sauced with a tshirt gun and dumped unceremoniously without any thought whatsoever, everything had cheese on it. At least you were consistent on making sure everything else was at least cold.
I wouldn’t even bother with this as my cold food gets hard and colder but this is the norm at this location and most McDonald’s everywhere. Not only you’re prices are ridiculous now but I don’t think this corporation/franchise realizes that most of the population doesn’t really want to come up your establishment in the first place but when they do they have a certain expectation and this isn’t it.
Edit 2- In case anyone in your “restaurant” isn’t aware hamburgers do not have cheese thrown on them all willy-nilly or at all for that matter.

Thought I’d stop by since nothing else is open on my way home and give this spot another go. 1 car in the drive-through, only me in the lobby. Nozzles off the fountain machine. Took a bath in coca cola. Ice cold french fries. Tepid burger but on a positive note we got it without the cheese finally so that’s progress. I did order extra pickles and ended up with the standard 2 but hey, I knew in my heart that was asking a lot already so I’m picking my battles on that one.
Thanks for replying with your canned automated response to help me ? I already had to take my own order and eat your cold food. I’d rather not have go to a website and jump through more hoops but again thank you for the reply. If you’d actually like to help maybe just show your people how to make hot food and read the instructions on the order.

Nice clean McDonald’s with a large parking lot if you have a camper van/RV. Bathrooms were pretty clean

Stopped at this McDonald’s during my trip, and the experience was quick and straightforward, which is exactly what you want on the road. The staff moved fast, and my order came out hot and freshly prepared without any delays. The fries were crisp, the burger tasted as it should, and everything was packaged cleanly.
The dining area was tidy and well maintained, with tables wiped down and enough seating to take a short break before getting back on the highway. Even with steady traffic, the place stayed organized and easy to navigate. Overall, a reliable McDonald’s stop with fast service, fresh food, and a clean environment.

Usually not bad. A few times like today they repeated my order to me when I paid, but still didn’t give me all my food. Do better, the kids at night never mess up it’s always the older people during the day

This is a relatively new McDonald’s. It has those order at the computer screen menus. When I walked in, I noticed that the floors were dirty. There were quite a few people waiting for their orders. He has a young woman for barbecue sauce and she was friendly. I really think they could do a better job and keeping the place clean. Tables had trash on them and we’re also dirty. It took 13 minutes to get my food and they had no clean trays.

Fire the manager and give Josie the job. She seems to be the only person who can communicate and problem solve. She arrived to work 30 minutes after we ordered, and got things moving right away. Terrible (non-existent) service ‘toll she showed up!

It’s McDonald’s. It’s always consistent because the corporation makes sure that everybody knows exactly how to make every one of the sandwiches and it is, well, it’s great, and it’s always consistent, no matter what restaurant you go to. The fresh food was good. Fish sandwich . Quarte pounder was hot.
However, my special order cheeseburger was luke warm, and I think they grabbed one that had been sitting for a while and churched it up.
Fries weren’t fresh.
Lobby was an absolute mess. Nobody was in it, but trash was everywhere. Drink station was very filthy.
Only one young lady in the back had a broom in
her hand and she was the only one that acknowledged me when I asked for condiments. They other workers were yukking it up in the back.
Bathroom was filthy.
