Every single time me and my husband order food here, we order via Mobile Thru. Unfortunately every single time the order is missing one of our items. It’s a long wait to get the food and is so frustrating when they forget a sandwich or they forget chicken on my salad. It happens every time we come here and it’s not worth the hassle.

The employees have forgotten what it means to treat customers with Chick Fil A level of care. I come to chick fil a for great service and food.

The people outside today 02/21/2026 taking orders were not showing great customer service. They are very quick and short with their responses , it’s almost as if they hate their job. They don’t even say “my pleasure” anymore.. this service needs to be fixed, especially at THIS location.

The food is good, standard CFA food. But the last two times I’ve been through this mobile thru line, it has taken at least 30 minutes. They used to get you through in under 10. I’m not sure if management has changed or what but I’m much less inclined to go here now.

Took my team there today (party of 20) it was busy. Worst experience as far as efficiency as I have ever had at a Chic, and I have been to ALOT of them. Took almost an hour to get our food. The lady at the register messed up, she admitted it and was professional throughout about her mistake. Management gave her NO help to speed up the process to get our food. Allotted 30 min for scheduling travel, took an hour. Very disappointed that we received NO real apology from management.

Never ordering from here again. I will go across town before I order from here. Was charged extra for gluten free bun, didn’t even get it. Hubby got American cheese when ordered pepper jack, all but one sauce was wrong, did not even get ketchup. Food was still good but extremely displeased with the service and thought put into our order. If I am being charged extra for something, I expect to get it.

I have definitely been to better Chickflas.
We came about an hour into lunch and they still didn’t have any wraps ready and they only had one person taking orders so I stood in line for about 15-20 minutes. The food came out quick-ish and was accurate but we have never had to wait as long as we did here! They could use more workers during the breakfast to lunch transition time it appears

Chick-fil-A is still good, but the service just isn’t what it used to be. The food is consistent, but lately the attitude from the staff and team leads has really gone downhill. There’s a noticeable lack of the usual courtesies that used to make Chick-fil-A stand out, and the willingness to go above and beyond to help customers just isn’t there anymore. Still decent overall, but the experience feels less friendly and welcoming than before.

Why does it take so longgggggggg? No matter if I choose drive thru or mobile thru, it takes 20+ minutes to get through the line. I also don’t want my food brought to me when I’m nowhere close to the window and have no way to get out of line and get the hot food home. The service used to be so much better!

This is my two grandchildren’s favorite restaurant and I enjoy accompanying them. The food is always fresh and delicious. Also, the customer service is friendly and punctual. I’m unhappy that they removed the play area for children. however, the remodel is nice.
