I don’t review much but am very disappointed in this chic fil a. The one on the east side is worth the drive. The last three times I’ve gone through the drive through here my fries have been lukewarm (not a big deal to me tbh cause I drench them in sauce) but what is a big deal is the amount of fries I’ve gotten. Chick-fil-A is always a go to while traveling. The food here was great and hot except there was some sort of mix up and it took a while to get it. That doesn’t happen often. We would stop back by while in the area.

I realize that Chick-fil-A is not in big need of a review, but I just want to say what an incredible job they are doing in the drive thru They have somehow managed to find a crew of fantastic people who, under a lot of pressure, keep their professionalism and a smile on their faces. Their kitchen crew is amazing to be able to keep up with the demand! It is also very nice that they close on Sunday to give all of their workers the day off to enjoy church, friends, family, or any other things they enjoy!

Ordered Mac and Cheese through the drive through. Specifically asked if they had it in stock. Get to the window, employee opens the window and proceeds to give us attitude about them not having it. Compromised with getting fries, and asked for Chick fil A sauce. Throws our order at us when we were leaving. Filled the fried half way full and failed to give us any sauce at all. Terrible service and follow through. Charged us for the Mac and Cheese along with the fries

These is the only place I go to eat when I don’t take my own lunch. I always order the Cobb salad .. it’s very good. Most the Chick FIL As is very busy.. I always use the drive thru and they take my order and I’m out with 5 to 8 mins… The staff is super friendly.

The car line is long but it moves really quickly, they are very efficient. I always get the regular Chick-fil-A sandwich and waffle fries. When I get home everything is still fresh and hot. I never dine inside so I can’t rate the atmosphere. The only thing they can improve on would be to add cole slaw to the menu, it just goes with chicken.

Love the food but gosh they have got to get something figured out for when they get busy, I ordered breakfast through the app and by the time I got there it was 10:20 am. Meanwhile the line was completely wrapped around the building and into the hobby lobby parking lot and low and behold I didn’t get out of the line until 11:05 am.

Poor customer service. I had a mobile order and I arrived at 6:07 and the lobby was not busy. They greeted me and I told them I had a mobile order and gave them my name so they told me they were working on it. Customers started coming into the lobby and and they were getting their food almost instantly. About 10-15 minutes of standing there I asked about my order and they said I will start on this. My order was not a lot only 2 meals but took them 20 minutes before they could get it with an empty lobby when I arrived. Poor service which is sad seems how I got there just about every week and it is never like that.

We go here a lot for meals and snacks when we happen to be in town. We use the drive-thru and there are usually employees working the lines outside getting a long line of cars through in a decent amount of time. It’s very busy during meal times and after school. We like the level of service and the food is consistent. Cookie parfaits and frozen lemonades are a couple favorite snacks. The nuggets and waffle fries and a treat too. Yum!
