Gross. I got a pink drink with vanilla cold foam. There were mangos in it and it made the drink orange and taste gross. The cold foam is orange. They charged $1.25 for cold foam that had mango that was not even supposed to be near the drink. Gross.

Went to Starbucks and you could clearly see that only about 5 out of the 11 employees were really moving and keeping things flowing. The place was super busy — there was a line outside for to-go orders and a long line inside as well.

Olivia at the hot coffee bar was working nonstop and really hustling, but when you looked around, it was obvious that not everyone was moving at the same pace. With how busy it was, the lack of teamwork definitely slowed things down.

Ok, I know with old age, patience wear and you become a little cantankerous about everything. But my experience on Black Friday was ridiculous. I got there a little after 9AM and the store was low end busy (see pictures). Most orders were drive through and mobile. But when I got there to order a TALL “shot in the dark,” their coffee machine was broken and not making any coffee. So the cashier recommended an Americano ☕️. I agreed. However, I couldn’t believe I had to wait almost 30 minutes for espresso in hot water. She also forgot to move me to the drive through line?

Really Pooler Starbucks??? I said something to the tall barista but he got crabby and rude yet laughing and playing like it was a day at the club. Now instead of the junior manager addressing my impatience after 20 mins, she said, “you have several people in front of you; thanks for your patience!” She abruptly walked off. So it’s my fault the machine was broken? So I had to take the brunt of the foot traffic? If the machine was down, what was the back up plan?

I am truly a periodic Starbucks fan because of deep flavors from their dark roast; however, I would not recommend this coffee spot because of the amateur display of service (see Chick-fil-A all day). Ok, it was Black Friday but Starbucks is always busy. Luckily I wasn’t traveling until Saturday so I just dealt with the poor service and lack of condiments available. I hope the incident was isolated. #classic-disappointment

This Starbucks is not very good. All I had ordered was a coffee with a splash of oat milk. I was standing inside for over 15 minutes waiting for A Cup Of Coffee…. While all this other orders are piling up on the counter and door dash orders. Mean while those people aren’t there yet. I understand they are busy, but come on. I had to leave and not get my order so I wouldn’t be late to work. I’ll just go to Dunkin from now on.

We placed a mobile order 10 min ahead of time and waited 15 min in the store. Drive through was moderate, no lines in the store, and 8 employees …..to get a dark roast with half and half. Next time Dunkin. Do better.

This location has fallen so far on its customer service a d cleanliness. Opens late often, and the staff treats you like it is your privilege to be in their presence. I use to praise this location for making everyone feel welcome now I condemn this place. Someone at their corporate level really needs to fix this place. They have made me a fan of no longer being a customer. I have been coming here since this location opend 4 or 5 years ago. I was pretty much a daily customer, I have been cutting back due to service and now I am done. The pictures attached are shortly after the opened 30 minutes late. This is how bad it looks first thing in the morning.

I very nicely asked if I have a drink remade! I could see & hear them getting angry for my request. Got my drink and drove off just cause I hate “being that person” to begin with but I then saw this on my drink! Super rude!!! Definitely uncalled for!!!

I love the drinks at this Starbucks and usually leave happy, but lately the service has been a bit hit or miss. The line was longer than usual this visit, and it seems like almost every time I come, my order gets forgotten and I have to remind someone I’m still waiting on my coffee. Once it’s finally ready, it’s always made well—which is why I still come back—but I wish the process was a little smoother so customers aren’t stuck waiting around.
