Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

I used the self order machine and I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles and onion on each so they were made fresh. The machine didn’t print a receipt but they had my order ready in a couple minutes. Went home and burgers were hot and delicious and they had my extras on them. I really can’t complain, it’s just another McDonald’s.

No kiosks were working. When I approached the manager she never looked up, shuffled on down to a register/ computer. When I asked her if she was helping me she said “I don’t feel good, I shouldn’t even be here”. At that point, I walked out.

The staff in the drive-through and the restaurant are rude and make you feel like it’s an inconvenience to be ordering food. And they do not tell you your total they just put out their hand for money. Found it really rude and went through the drive-through and restaurant five times in the last two weeks.

Literally listening to employees laugh about coming out the bathroom and not washing his hands and then trying to bag food. Gloves should be mandatory and the ghetto manager with braids should be fired for even thinking that’s a convo to have when customers can hear. Didn’t even eat the fries I ordered cause I don’t know if he used soap.

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and there wasn’t any burger on either one, just condiments. I also got a Big Mac. There wasn’t anything between the top and middle bun. I don’t know how you forget to put a burger on a cheeseburger. It wasn’t even busy in there and nobody was in the drive through.

They have the sign saying open 24 hours but they close before 9pm. Supposed to be open by 6:30am but no one is answering the phone or drive thru until 6:45am which makes me late for work and dropping my son off at school. False advertising and extremely rude employees who talk to each other when you’re trying to order. It’s quite a shame that they are ruining the franchise owners business and reputation.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had in my life. The woman at the window and what I assume was a manager were awful. I went to first window but no one was there to pay but it looked like someone stepped away so I drove to the second window to ask what was going on. She said no you needed to come to this second (food) window. I was first charged for something I didn’t order and when I didn’t get my food (because she didn’t check with me what I ordered) I asked for my food and she said “oh well I charged you for just a drink.” So I needed to pay for what I actually ordered and I asked for a receipt and she said they don’t have any. How was I suppose to know that the charge for the drink I didn’t order comes off my original food order? The manager said she took it off as a promo/discount. I asked for a receipt again to make sure and she said they ran out of paper. I told them there was paper printing at window one while I was sitting there waiting for someone. She said it’s not the same computer system for drive thru. (BTW these ladies were very rude). I said I’m not paying until I know I’m going to get a receipt to show that extra charge was taken off. I was told to go to the 3rd window and I sat there for at least 5min. No one came to the window. I had to park, walk inside and ask for a refund. (Which I got a receipt for) and asked why I got a receipt for this but not through the drive thru. She said rudely it’s not the same computer system. I was extremely upset and she was rude and unconcerned with what was happening making sure I was charged the appropriate amount for what I ordered. Saying they were short staffed was the excuse I heard 3 times. When a paper roll could have simply changed for receipts at the drive though computer. I hope General Manager Alexus sees this or someone higher. I will never come back to this location again.

This is in regards to the McDonald’s on Seminole Boulevard and Umerton across from Largo mall. I tried using my app to pre-order, and it would not take it and said error, so I went inside and ordered my food and paid for it. They said there were no online orders today. the next day, the app charged me twice for an error and food I never got. When I asked to get reimbursed. They told me I had to go through my bank and dispute it. They don’t even take care of their own mistakes. Beware they will take your money. Some of the employees are extremely rude, and management does nothing about it. Just allows it. And still out $11.12.
