Stopped in with my brother, his meal was as ordered…took a second shot to get mine close to right. He ordered Tour of Italy and it came out perfect. I order the sirloin with fettuccine Alfredo and the first once was way under cooked, second was dried out, tough and didn’t taste very well…I ate it because it took almost 20 minutes to get it and I was starving. If they were super busy I could see it, but I gave them some pretty good comments on how I wanted it…second night in a row my dinner was screwed up.
I think if the person who delivered it would have asked me to cut into it the first time, and the manager who delivered it the second time maybe my disappointment wouldn’t have been so bad.

This place is amazing. I have been all over the USA and tried other Olive gardens. This one is hands down best I’ve been to in years. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala was best I’ve had. Service was amazing. The best server I’ve had in a long time. When up in duluth, I will come back.

We ate here with some friends a week ago Sunday. We all ordered endless soup and salad, but we all ended with different soups. We never did need to refill our soups, but we had a second big salad and more bread sticks. No one went away hungry! Jordan was our server and she was fantastic! She was always making sure we had what we wanted. I had Zuppa Tuscana and my husband had Pasta Fagiola and we really loved it. The other couple had the minestrone and chicken and gnocchi. The husband didn’t really like the minestrone (he said it was kind of plain) but he ate some of his wife’s chicken and gnocchi and really liked it. We had a wonderful time with friends and wonderful food. Thanks so much!

Me and my wife had lunch here a few days ago and was not impressed the server’s were nice but to get there attention you had to hit the call button and once they dropped the food off we didnt see them again exsept the lil machine at the table wouldnt take payment so she had to come over asked if we wanted boxes since only about 15% of my meal was eatin and wifes was less then half i politely said no my food had a funny taste and wife said hers wasnt that great ether didnt ask if there was anything she could do just rang up the bill and left

My daughter and I had a little weekend getaway and decided to have lunch here. I won at lunch, her not so much. Our server(I don’t know her name or I would give a shout out) was amazing, offered to swap out her meal at no additional charge! Which was really not not necessary, it wasn’t their fault my daughter chose poorly, lol. Anyway! Thank you to my server for all your help, you truly were amazing!

First time at the location. The front door is in the far corner. Hostess created us, advised for two in our party. We were traveling on vacation.
▪︎Then the hostess was off and running she never looked back: I am handicap, I walk with a cane, and myself & my husband are not spring chicken.
We got to a booth (dining area to the right). We advised then we cannot fit: in a booth, then she offered a table.
▪︎ We were created with our server: Sherri V. was amazing. She was warm, attentive to us. I give her 20 Stars ☆. I hope management convades “Kudos” too here, we truly appreciate her great customer service…..

During my dine in experience, I found the service as well as the food to be very displeasing.
First off, I’m not sure if our waitress had more than the our table and the table next to ours, but the service was very slow. There was extremely long wait times waiting on things to reach us.
We noticed a party of two gentlemen show up after us and receive all of their service within the time it took for us to receive our food.
The silverware is “spotchy” and dirty and I had to ask for plastic silverware.
The bread sticks were extremely salty and I had to ask for non salted bread.
Once I received my food – I had to send back my food because it was made incorrectly. Once my food made it to me correctly made, I had to send it back because there was a hair in the food. Unbelievable. & The craziest part is I took a picture of my food when it made it to the table & didn’t even notice the hair until I started digging in and eating the food!
On top of that, this is a longggggg strand of hair that was buried under and deeply into the pasta which could have and should have been noticed before the food even touched the plate!
We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes wallowing in frustration awaiting for the manager to find some free time to void it from the check. I was offered a complimentary dessert for reconciliation but no word with or from the manager directly.
On the way out of the door, there was a worker on the line whose back was turned away from the door that I was looking through with the longest flowing black hair you’d ever seen.
Unacceptable.

Place was packed on a Sunday evening. Newer employees have not had proper training before being turned loose. As we were eating we heard a lady asking for the manager because there was no changing table in the bathroom to change her baby’s diaper. I had the chicken tortellini alfredo. I thought it was a bit overpriced, but it was very good.

We were on vacation and stopped here for dinner. We had a great experience here. We appreciate being greeted immediately as we walk through the door. The hostess brought us to our table. We noticed the prices on the menu has increased since last time we have been to Olive Garden. Our server was excellent. He was very friendly and kind. He checked on us many times. He refilled our water and breadsticks. We received our food very quickly after we ordered it. The food was delicious. Our son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza. We enjoy our experience at Olive Garden whenever we are here. Today’s experience was no exception. This is the reason we keep coming back.
