I wonder what is wrong with us today. Do we just accept the fact that we will over pay and get horrible food and service. I stop here with my daughter to grab a quick breakfast. The food pictured cost me $18.35. Take a look at the receipt. Do we even look at these. $1.40 surcharge for orange juice, $6.57 for three hash browns. Seriously. I (we all) need to pay attention. A burnt chicken sandwich, soggy disgusting hash browns and a coke. How can a business especially a Mcdonalds want to give such gross food. Maybe what I believe is that they seriously don’t care about my experience and the food quality they are giving out. I mean I could literally go to Dennys and get a complete breakfast for $8 a person. And it doesn’t matter that yes I could, what matters is that I chose to come here and I this junk when the quality should be fresh and fast. Not to mention the tables, floors, and drink area was filthy. The lady that took my order was very nice. I am so disappointed. Do not come here.

I went through drive thru, received a very overloaded with condiments deluxe meal. Tried calling twice and it just kept ringing!! I don’t have time on my lunch break to drive back. This is ridiculous. I hope a manager reaches out because this is not okay the burger is still raw

I always use the drive-through. We order the same thing every time. Three chicken nuggets Happy meals with barbecue sauce and extra fries. The last few times, my husband didn’t check the bag, and we didn’t get the barbecue sauce. Today I was with him, and again even though we asked for the barbecue sauce, we didn’t get it..I also noticed apple slices in Happy Meals. So, I immediately requested the barbecue sauce, and I mentioned that I wanted extra fries and not the apple slices (we have plenty of apples at home). The guy at the window was rude, wanting the apple slices back out of the happy meals. I was like, dude give me a chance to get them; I’m not trying to steal some apple slices. I usually call restaurants to provide positive feedback, but today I did not when I called. I felt like the manager I spoke to when I called was not listening to my concern and just kept trying to push a free happy meal down my throat. NO, I DO NOT WANT A FREE HAPPY MEAL! Please teach your employees to be respectful, and if they hate their job, find a new one. I don’t want to leave your establishment ANGRY, ordering a HAPPY MEAL!! That is ridiculous.

This location is always clean no matter what time I visit. They’re bilingual so you will be helped if speak Spanish. Service is fast, atmosphere is the same as any other McDonald’s.

The McDonald’s location at 7350 W Waters Ave, Tampa, FL 33634 has the absolute worst service ever! Employees with attitude, sarcastic and disrespectful! The place stays a mess 90% of the time and do nothing but stand around joking and playing instead of working. However, due to the homeless people coming into charge their phones the swung into action with that to the point of seriously going all the way to “covering” all the outlets but 2, making it hard for everyone to charge their phones while in the restaurant, yet they don’t concentrate on the cleanness of the place. Pictures included. I gave one star cause I had to in order to leave this message otherwise I wouldn’t of given them that!

I do not understand how several car can come through the drive thru (ordering food) can come and go but we have to WAIT for the SAME food items because you are inside.. makes no sense. I guess keeping times low in the drive true take precedence over speed of service inside..

Delivery order not correct. They don’t pay attention to the drivers whom pick up orders to make sure they grab the right bag. They don’t include utensils or condiments as requested on orders. It’s sad that they don’t pay attention to preparing orders correctly neither. They too busy rushing and being inaccurate rather than preparing the order as it states on their screen. As a previous McDonald’s employee, I must say this is highly disappointing and never in my days as an previous employee did I make any mistakes preparing my customers orders. It’s all about accuracy and working smarter not harder. People now and days pay for convenience and are inconveniently paying for lack of people’s common sense and incompetency.
