Ask for a sausage biscuit and when I arrived work and check, surprise no sausage. Called they said hello and hang up the phone, called for a 2nd time and Dani answered and no apologies and nothing, just come back and will replace it. Hello, I am at work I can’t go back.

This location claims to never have ice cream available. If thats the case, it needs to be removed from the menu. In the 3 times we’ve come to this location, they’ve claimed to not have ice cream “at the moment” which would be believable if it didn’t happen all 3 times. And all 3 times were over the course of several months. Customers are well-aware that McDonalds hates doing ice cream/McFlurries/shakes so why not just get rid of it rather than lie to customers about its availability?

It’s always something with this location. Either you’re waiting 15 minutes in the drive through or they send you to one of the parking spaces while they give 10 other cars their food. They NEVER have any condiments you ask for, so they’re either lying to avoid doing their job or the manager never orders products properly. They’re rude and they barely speak to you. They don’t label drinks and they give them to you at the same time so you’re left to figure it out. The burgers they give you are slapped together, cheese wrapped around the bottom of the bun and ketchup strewn all over the wrapper, just a mess. And after you’ve spent 15 minutes in line to finally get your food and have to pull around and go inside because they didn’t give you the correct order, they just ignore you at the counter while they laugh and joke around, they look at you and then carry on as if to acknowledge that they don’t care about you. This used to be a good location a few years ago but it’s really gone downhill. To the point that I never want to go to McDonald’s ever again. I’ve tried leaving reviews in the McDonald’s App and the app mysteriously malfunctions when I attempt to submit the review. So I guess they don’t care about feedback. Just horrible.

Just wanted a quick cheeseburger today, I’m guessing that’s what they look like now because they used to be pretty good.
Anyway, it was a flat piece of crappy looking meat with cold cheese 3 or 4 tiny specs of onions, dry ketchup etc…just awful! Way overpriced too..
Nothing at all like the photos behind the counter.
Took two bites tossed it out because that’s where it belongs in the trash!
What the hell is going on?

Made the mistake of choosing this location at around 12:30 A.M. I ordered a double quarter pounder with ONLY mustard, ketchup and cheese. It came with no mustard but instead onions(which I am allergic to). I also ordered a double cheese burger, a crispy deluxe and a 10 piece chicken nugget. The double cheese burger tasted old and was not at all fresh to the bite(almost tasted sour). The chicken nuggets were hard and didnt taste fresh either. The ONLY thing that was remotely edible was the chicken crispy which my wife ate. The fries that came with the meals tasted bland and had almost no salt on them. I dont know if it was a bad night for the few workers there or if they could care less about the food they made but I will NEVER make the mistake of coming back to this location in the fear that my money will be wasted again.

Stopped in after picking up family at the Tampa airport late tonight. The two people behind the counter saw us walk in and walked to the back. My family saw how they were looking at us and said let’s just use the kiosk, they thought they heard them talking about us. I wanted to customize my order so I said no, I’ll wait for them to come take our order. They never would. Every time I tried to get their attention they would look at us, laugh, and walk further to the drive-thru window or start to go around the corner. We finally gave up, used the restroom and then started to leave. As we were leaving, we watched a couple come in. I stood at the door and watched the girl that was behind the counter walk right over and take her order immediately… guess they only serve certain people when it’s late

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. There were no clean tables, the floor was very dirty, the bathroom was terrible, and the trash cans were full. Everything was bad.

The service was poor. The employees did not seem interested in helping customers, and the food was also bad. I have never seen a McDonald’s this bad. I will definitely not come back to this location.

Almost EVERYTIME you order pickup or delivery they will forget at least 2 times. This has now happened to me over 5 times, and now twice back to back. How hard is it to look at a receipt. SMH

As a former area district manager overseeing multiple fast casual and quick-service brands, I can say without hesitation that this location is a disgrace to the McDonald’s name.
• Food Quality: Appalling. Items are consistently cold, poorly assembled, and missing basic freshness standards. The presentation is sloppy
• Service Standards: The staff appear disengaged, untrained, and indifferent. Orders are incorrect more often than not, wait times are excessive, and there’s zero urgency or accountability from management.

The only reason this location drives sales is because it’s the only option within five miles. Customers aren’t returning because of quality or service—they’re coming here because they have no alternative. This reliance on monopoly traffic, rather than operational excellence, is shameful.

If you value your time, money, or even a bare minimum dining experience, avoid this location at all costs. McDonald’s corporate should be embarrassed this restaurant is still operating under their banner.
