I have gone through the drive-in last 2 days AFTER ALL THE NEW LOOK. The past employees are gone and new ones do not know what they are doing. Yesterday I ordered 2 small coffees and 2 creamers and 2 honeys. I looked in the bag and there was a bunch of condiments that I felt it was there. Got home and the coffees were 3/4 full so it took 1.5 coffees to make 1 cup. Checked for cream, got 1. No honey but got 15 sugars which I didn’t ask for. Next day, same service, old sandwich and the OJ was clear. We threw it away! Either the manager needs to be written up or the employees at the drive in do. You spent all this money to make it cosmetically attractive but your service has tanked! AND YOU WANT YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING THERE FOR $15 PER HOUR AND THEY CANT PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered a cheeseburger meal from this location and they gave me 2 buns cheese and condiments and by the time I realized they had done this, I was already down the road on my way to another work appointment. How do you forget the meat on a burger.

Only took orders from one lane for 6 cars and never came to the speaker. Service is really bad later. There wasn’t even many customer, so something is very wrong with this location. Has gone down hill. Customers leaving the line one after another

I have been going inside this location since I was a kid and I have never seen service that was more astounding that you will receive today , both food and service was what made my experience great then, and better now . thank you girl for making that mess up with our order right even after a month. Again thank you for doing your job and and the imbarrassment .

This location was just renovated….clearly with the purpose of making people NOT want to be here. The chairs are all very uncomfortable, there are “30 min time limit” signs everywhere, no drink fountain so no more free refills, no MENUs so you HAVE to order on the kiosk in a tight area, limited parking so its inconvenient to come inside, and when you do order it only gives an option for “take out”. Staff are unpleasant to work with if you have an issue as I did with my order. By far the worst overall experience I’ve had at a McDonalds and that’s a low bar. This location has been the closest to my home for the past 20 years and as of today I will not ever be coming back to this one, i’ll drive further rather than deal with this again.

The food is fine, it’s mcdonalds, you get what you get. But if I order at the kiosk and select dine in, set the number marker on the table. I’m going to be disappointed when they call my number so I can collect my food in a bag rather than a table tray. What is the point of the table markers if I need to collect food at the counter myself. The staff is too preoccupied to even put napkins in the bag, they then act like customers are a nuisance when you have ask for napkins. Maybe if it’s such a problem put out napkin dispensers in the lobby. It seems pretty simple.

Ordered in Drive-Thru, didn’t receive all of my items. Called the store and the Manager Alex would not give me a refund nor would he give me my missing items!!! Terrible experience, if i could rate this a 0 I would, 0/10 definitely do not recommend.

Store was just remodeled. Very clean. Looks very sterile did not have a beverage area for refills no place for straws or napkins. Very limited space at counter to place an order. No menu board. Store seemed more for carry out. Other customers I spoke with didn’t like the new design either.
