Went through the drive though, and asked for honey mustard and ranch and they forgot to put it in the bag, and when asked again for the sauces, the lady gave me a horrible attitude as if it was an inconvenience even though they charge you for sauces. And to make matters worse, when I got home and opened the bag I had ordered two large fries , and they halfway filled them to the point you can barely see them. Whats the point in upcharging when they can’t even give you the full price point of your meal. Now I wasted my money and my pregnant wife is left still hungry.

It is a shame, this is a beautiful store yet the customer service I just encountered was so foul. Today at 10:24am, I went to order the same breakfast order I’ve been getting for years on the 2nd Lane which is a steak egg and cheese bagel, SUB scrambled egg, and the lady on Lane 2 greeted me with and unfriendly and bothered tone, and as I was ordering she got attitude when I ordered 2 of the bagels on top of other things, and she immediately said “Nope I have to ring up the scrambled separately”. This is not true, I use to be a General Manager at McDonald’s for several years, and the SUB Scrambled option already charges you extra, so I told her that I would go to a different McDonald’s, the one that’s 6 minutes away and they treated me great, and let me pay for the food I wanted, which is what should have happened here. May the lady who took my order suffer consequences, she’s so miserable and almost made me miss out on my delicious meal!

I was hungry and I have a 4 1/2 pound Chihuahua who is picky and wasn’t eating so I decided to drive to McDonald’s and get a quarter pounder and a hamburger patty for her. So I get there order my quarter pounder and two plain hamburger patties, no bun, get home and there are onions all over the hamburger patties. Dogs can’t have onions. The last thing I want to do was load all my dogs back up to go up there. I guess ordering “plain” patties is not specific enough. You had one job. I tried reaching out to the restaurant Before leaving this review, but no one answered the phone.

Management is very rude. I asked for sauce for my chicken tenders and my two orders of fries. They asked me to pay for the additional sauce more than one sauce for my entire $22 order. Management told employee to charge, She said it very aggressively next to the drive-through window. Did not feel very welcoming. Seemed like she was more interested in making more money than providing enough sauce to fulfill my order. It’s kind of sad.

I normal go to the restaurant because they never can get an order right but today I couldn’t make it to the restaurant so I ordered agents my better judgement I ordered through the app , Everytime i order with out fail sometimes Is wrong or just completely missing! How do you forget to put sauces in an order full of chicken nuggets! This location is getting worse and worse as the years go on an the attitude of the employee is like they are better than everybody else. And it is an inconvenience for you to ask for anything if you don’t order from the kiosk it’s a problem. If you go up to the counter to ask for anything or let them know that they got something wrong when they completely ignore you until you call them over and then they give you the worst attitude

I waited in the drive thru for ten minutes for my food after I ordered 10 cars got their food before me. I was missing my fry for my meal. The snack wraps I got were saturated in ranch, barely any lettuce food was cold and gross.

I went to McDonald’s this morning 1/18 at 5:30 and a young man gave me a leaking cup, told him to give me a non leaking cup he looks at me crazy like I was asking too much, pours the same coke instead of getting fresh soda from the machine; then he gave me a big handful of napkins instead of just a few, with a sarcastic smile “have a nice day”. I am giving you my money, what happened to “the customer is always right”. Never coming back to this location, being poorly mistreated. I have high blood pressure and I felt my pressure going up. Tried to call back to speak to the manager and your number is a fax machine number ♂️

The food is fine. It’s McDonald’s …but the service! The service is wonderful. I went through the drive through for breakfast and had the opportunity to interact with 2 of the sweetest humans ever. And they got my order right

This McDonald’s location deserves 5 stars. The food was GREAT — honestly, I haven’t had McDonald’s taste this good in a long, long, long time. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly right.
The manager, Jaheim, really stood out. He runs the store with excellent customer service and professionalism. You can tell he actually takes pride in the place, and it shows in the quality of the food and the service.
Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be coming back

Just got my food. My husband got his; they totally forgot mine. Can’t call them either. This just happened.
